Even better—by pure chance, we booked this incredible 39＃gameplayer hotel, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made. The room was spotless, the staff were warm and attentive, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and peaceful. Free parking was a huge plus—no stress about finding a spot. We originally planned to stay in and play games due to the heat, but the weather was actually perfect for outdoor exploring—cool breeze, not too hot, ideal for summer travel. What truly stood out was the hostess: kind-hearted, beautiful, and genuinely thoughtful. She treated us like family, offering help and recommendations without being pushy. We ended up extending our stay by two days—couldn’t bear to leave! Dalian has won our hearts, and we’ll definitely be back. This hotel is a gem!

All the bathroom amenities were from Marlin Doggo, which added a nice touch with their fresh scent and high-quality feel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly—especially one blonde girl with a side-swept fringe who had such a cheerful attitude, and another with dark hair and big eyes who was just as warm and helpful. The housekeeping staff in room 1811 stood out too—she greeted me every time I left the room, kept everything spotless, and even offered genuine recommendations on fun spots around Dalian. After breakfast, walking back into a perfectly tidy room felt like a small daily treat. The breakfast spread was fantastic—huge variety, with both Western and local options covered. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking the bustling city lights and catching glimpses of the sea in the distance. Plus, the hotel’s location is unbeatable—right next to a high-end shopping mall and super accessible for public transit. If I ever come back to Dalian, this will be my first choice without hesitation. A truly memorable stay.

The children’s themed room was a hit—colorful, playful, and packed with fun details that instantly delighted our little ones. From themed toiletries to small toys, every touch showed genuine thoughtfulness. Our kids were entertained for hours, thanks to the excellent in-house play areas—perfect for burning off energy without any stress. As adults, we also appreciated the beautifully maintained indoor pool with clear, warm water—ideal for relaxing after a long day. The service truly stood out too: special thanks to Yina for her warm, attentive hospitality, always ready to help; and the housekeeping staff who kept the room spotless and welcoming. The location is fantastic—close to the waterfront but still convenient for city exploration. With top-tier amenities, thoughtful family services, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere, this hotel lives up to its five-star reputation. We’ll definitely be returning when we come back to Dalian with the kids.

I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Xu Qingsong from the pool and sauna area, and swimming instructor Bao Xin—their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly stood out. They went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. From the ambiance to the service, every aspect felt premium. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dalian.

What really stood out? When I mentioned the air felt a bit dry, she proactively added a humidifier to the room. Then, just before leaving, she asked again if the humidity level was comfortable—such thoughtful attention to detail. The hotel itself is spotless, with well-maintained facilities and a serene atmosphere. Every corner feels cared for, from the spacious rooms to the elegant common areas.
