This was my first trip to Dalian, and I initially stayed at a nearby luxury hotel, but the room temperature was only around 22°C—way too cold for the weather here. After two uncomfortable nights, I found a vacancy at Hampton by Hilton Dalian Zhongshan and quickly switched over. Before check-in, I mentioned to front desk staff Xiao Song that I really needed a warmer room. She promptly checked the building’s temperature data and upgraded me to a higher floor—perfect move! The actual room temperature hit over 26°C, making it so much more comfortable. The room was spotless, fresh-smelling, and very quiet. What truly blew me away was the surprise farewell gift from Xiao Yang and Xiao Xu when I checked out—they noticed it was our birthday and gave us thoughtful little presents. That kind of personal touch is rare and deeply appreciated. I’m already planning to return in March and will absolutely stay here again. Excellent value, warm service, and a memorable experience—highly recommend this hotel!

The bedding was clean and fresh, and the hot water in the shower was strong and consistent—exactly what you’d expect from a high-end hotel. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed. Two elevators mean no waiting, and each room has its own fast, reliable Wi-Fi—perfect for gaming without lag. Bathroom amenities were thoughtfully provided, including a cute kid-sized toothbrush, and the room came with a lovely set of teaware and fragrant tea leaves that I really enjoyed. Noise insulation was excellent—total peace and quiet at night, which made for a restful sleep. Our personal concierge even gave us local tips on hidden gems, great restaurants, and must-visit spots. The location is perfect—right next to Xi’an Road Metro Station, making travel around the city super convenient. Nearby, you’ll find great local eats like Cao’s and cold noodles—delicious and easy to grab for a quick bite. Ordering food delivery is also effortless since there are plenty of options just steps away. The cleanliness is top-notch—everything is spotless and well-maintained. The staff, especially the front desk team, are incredibly friendly and attentive. They greet you warmly upon arrival and departure, respect your privacy, and quickly assist with any needs. It’s clear they care about guest comfort. This place truly stands out for its excellent value, service, and overall vibe. Definitely coming back.

I stayed here for four nights and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Malan Square Subway Station, making it super easy to explore downtown Dalian. Right across the street is a fresh seafood market, so I was able to buy local catches and have them cooked at nearby restaurants—a real highlight! The room isn’t huge, but it’s well-designed and cozy for two people. I slept really well every night, and the overall atmosphere felt clean and peaceful. Housekeeping was outstanding—staff came in daily, cleaned thoroughly, and even neatly folded my clothes. The lobby is spacious and comfortable, perfect for waiting in the lounge while calling a taxi. The front desk team was exceptionally friendly, speaking softly and attentively. Baggage storage was convenient and reliable. While there’s no full-length mirror in the room, there’s one in the elevator, which works just fine. Overall, this hotel delivers great value, comfort, and service. I’ll definitely book here again on my next trip to Dalian.
