Absolutely loved this hostel! It's incredibly clean and comfortable—perfect for unwinding away from the busy streets of Hanoi. The shared spaces are well-designed and welcoming, and the beds are seriously comfy. I was really impressed by the privacy features—each bed comes with a little blind, so you can relax without any distractions. Plus, it’s super convenient for getting around town via public transit. If you're looking for a cozy, reliable place to stay in Hanoi, this is definitely the spot. Highly recommend!
The Eli Rina Hotel is absolutely stunning—elegant, well-designed, and spotlessly clean. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the sophisticated ambiance and attention to detail in every corner of the property. The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality—always ready to help, quick to respond, and genuinely friendly. Whether it was checking in or getting recommendations for local spots, they made my stay feel personal and comfortable. The location is also excellent, just a short walk from great restaurants and public transport options. Staying at Spoon Hotel was an absolute highlight of my trip to Hanoi! The staff went above and beyond—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations or local tips. The hotel’s location is unbeatable; it’s just a short walk from the famous Hanoi Train Street, making it super convenient for exploring the area. I loved being able to stroll around the vibrant streets, grab some street food, and soak in the local atmosphere without needing long commutes. The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made me feel welcome. For such a great experience at this price point, I’d definitely stay here again—and highly recommend it to any traveler visiting Hanoi.
Located right in the heart of Hanoi city, this hotel offers unbeatable convenience—just steps away from everything. The property itself is compact, and the elevator is a bit small, but these minor details don’t take away from the overall excellent experience. What truly stands out is the staff—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their service was top-notch from check-in to checkout. One small note: please ensure room photos and descriptions accurately reflect the actual space, especially for twin rooms, as there was some confusion with the listing. That said, the platform’s support team handled any concerns quickly and professionally—genuine thumbs up! For a great location, warm hospitality, and solid value, I’d definitely stay here again.
The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the city—walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The room was spotless, and the breakfast was fresh and satisfying, the perfect way to start each day. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Tom, the staff member who went above and beyond. From booking our transfers and arranging tours to helping us get local SIM cards, he was always there with a warm smile and genuine kindness. It was such a joy coming back after a long day and seeing him at reception—it felt like returning home. He even helped organize a surprise birthday setup in our room for my partner, which touched us deeply. Tom isn’t just professional—he’s passionate about his work and clearly loves connecting with guests. Thank you for making our trip so special. We’re already planning to come back!
The stay at San Palace Hotel was absolutely outstanding! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—especially Jerry, who made our visit truly memorable with his warm hospitality. We had a restful two-night stay in a clean, quiet, and well-maintained room. The breakfast was exceptional—plenty of fresh options, delicious flavors, and great variety. The hotel’s location is excellent, just steps away from the metro, making it super convenient to explore Hanoi. Every detail, from the ambiance to the service, exceeded expectations. This was more than just a place to sleep—it felt like a home away from home. I’m already planning my next visit and highly recommend this gem to anyone traveling to Hanoi.
Staying in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter makes exploring the city incredibly convenient. The hotel is just a short walk from the famous beer street, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. While the pool is on the smaller side, it’s spotlessly clean and a hit with kids. Breakfast was outstanding—far better than any local restaurant we’ve tried, even surpassing the local pho in flavor, and the coffee was excellent too. After check-out, we had to head straight to Sapa, so being able to store our luggage was a huge plus. Plus, they offered access to a shower to freshen up before our journey—hot water worked perfectly. It’s clear this place cares about guest comfort, down to the little details. A truly memorable stay, and I’d definitely come back.
Staying at Melia Hanoi was an absolute delight from start to finish. Located right in the heart of the Old Quarter, it’s just a short walk to iconic spots like Hoan Kiem Lake and the bustling streets of the local market—perfect for exploring on foot. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with some recently renovated units featuring modern amenities that really elevate the experience. Staff go above and beyond with warm, professional service—always attentive, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful when needed. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the pool area offers a peaceful retreat. Breakfast is a highlight: a diverse buffet with plenty of options, including halal choices, making it great for all guests. While the hotel is a slight stroll from Hoan Kiem Lake (about 10 minutes), it’s still very walkable and adds to the charm of discovering the neighborhood. Overall, this five-star property delivers exceptional value and comfort—whether you're here for business or leisure. Highly recommended!
Staying at Grand Mercure Hanoi was an absolute delight—cleanliness exceeded all expectations. The entire property and my room were spotless, modern, and well-maintained, with a subtle fresh scent throughout that made the space feel inviting. Even though the room is compact, it’s thoughtfully designed with everything you need—perfect for a one-night stay before heading to Halong Bay. I didn’t get a chance to use many of the hotel amenities, but what I experienced was already impressive. While it's a bit removed from the city center, the quiet location actually works in its favor—no noise disturbances at all. What truly stood out was the surprise wedding anniversary gift: a sweet treat and fresh flowers delivered to my room. For such a reasonable rate, this level of personal touch was incredibly touching. I’ll definitely return to Hanoi and choose this hotel again. A rare gem with heart and value.
Staying at the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi was an absolute highlight of my trip to Hanoi. The hotel itself is a stunning example of French colonial architecture, with elegant details and timeless charm that immediately set the tone for a memorable experience. Located just a 15-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and the famous 36 Streets, it’s perfect for exploring the heart of the city on foot. The entrance has a dedicated drop-off zone, making it super convenient if you’re arriving by Grab or other rideshare services. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and always ready to recommend local restaurants or help plan activities. My room was slightly smaller than your typical international five-star, but incredibly comfortable and beautifully decorated in classic French style. It faced the lush garden courtyard, so absolutely quiet—no traffic noise at all, which made for excellent sleep quality. The breakfast buffet was outstanding: fresh, diverse, and thoughtfully presented. I especially loved the egg coffee served in a delicate porcelain cup—it added such a special touch to the morning ritual. This hotel truly offers a unique blend of history, luxury, and genuine hospitality. If I ever return to Hanoi, this will be my first choice without hesitation.
Located just a 10-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, this hotel may look unassuming from the outside, but once you step inside, you’re greeted with elegant and thoughtful design that truly stands out. Despite being in a bustling area, the rooms are surprisingly quiet—perfect for a restful stay. The front door opens right into a popular local Vietnamese eatery, making dining on-site super convenient. Breakfast is a highlight: generous, varied, and delicious. The staff are warm, attentive, and always ready to help. We stayed for two nights on December 14th and 15th—the rooftop pool was too chilly to swim in, which is understandable this time of year. The gym is located in a closed-off, windowless space with noticeable rubber odor, so we didn’t use it. However, if you don’t rely heavily on fitness or pool access, this place is an excellent choice. With its central location, charming atmosphere, and strong value for money, I’d definitely recommend it to friends. It’s one of those hidden gems that delivers far more than expected.
