I booked airport transfer through the platform, which arrived on time and took about 45 minutes—smooth and stress-free. The only downside? Limited dining options on-site. There aren’t many restaurants inside the hotel, so you might need to step out for a meal. Still, the overall experience was outstanding. For comfort, service, and location, this hotel continues to deliver great value. Definitely worth staying again.

One thing to note: there seemed to be quite a few Indian guests staying here, especially noticeable at the pool area. Some were playing quite aggressively, making it difficult to relax. I had to leave after just 10 minutes because no staff or security personnel stepped in to manage the situation or ensure safety. Parents traveling with young kids should keep a close eye on their children—the adult pool is about 1.4m deep, while the kids’ pool is roughly 0.6m. Overall, the service was excellent, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the location is ideal for exploring the city. A great choice if you're looking for comfort and reliability.

Sipping coffee there while watching life unfold below was pure bliss. The Vietnamese-inspired musical artwork on the walls added character, and every small detail screamed thoughtfulness—perfect for those who appreciate design. Staff were attentive as always; when checking in again, they handed me a refreshing lemon drink without being asked. Breakfast was exceptional: the pho broth was rich and aromatic, and the soft-boiled eggs were cooked to perfection—just enough time to create that perfect runny yolk that begged for a photo. Even the combo of Western-style bread with local fruit jam surprised me with how well it worked. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the Opera House and Lake Hoan Kiem. Turn left outside the hotel, and you’re instantly in the heart of the old quarter’s food scene. Strolling back after dinner under the streetlights felt safe, relaxed, and truly memorable. Two stays, zero regrets. If you're visiting Hanoi, this is definitely a hotel worth considering.
