Breakfast was a highlight—hot eggs and steaming pho were served fresh and delicious, perfect for starting the day. The room itself is spacious, with a huge bed that’s great for stretching out, and the bedding is cozy and warm. The air conditioning works like magic—while it’s sweltering outside at 30°C+, the room stays comfortably cool at around 24–25°C, making it ideal for a restful night’s sleep. The on-site restaurant serves excellent food too—every meal felt special. But what really stands out? Kevin helped us book our entire Sapa trip, even arranging overnight train tickets with personalized adjustments. Not only was he incredibly helpful and friendly, but the pricing was actually more competitive than local agencies we’ve seen. If you’re visiting Hanoi, this is a must-stay.
