They advised us to be extra clear when placing orders in the future. The only minor downside was that the room only had two chairs, so one person couldn’t sit comfortably during meals. But considering the excellent location, clean rooms, and friendly service, this was a small trade-off. We’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.

We had to carry our bags up three flights of stairs, which was a bit tiring, but since it’s a one-unit-per-floor layout, we left our bags safely by the staircase. Initially, I was a little uneasy, but after connecting via Line with the host, they reassured us they’d keep an eye on things. Communication was clear and friendly throughout. The main reason we booked? The kids’ pool and slide! As soon as we walked into the room, my daughter lit up—she didn’t want to leave for two full days. While the room didn’t come with bottled water, there’s a self-service water station right by the main elevator on the first floor.
