We even climbed up to the top for breathtaking panoramic views—absolutely unforgettable. The main pool area, with its incredibly comfortable loungers, wrapped up the experience perfectly. We arrived after a long trip through Namibia with a huge load of laundry, and I was shocked to discover that laundry service was included at no extra cost. Kudos to the housekeeper who handled everything so efficiently—she absolutely earned her tip! Every team member embodies what hospitality should be: warm, thoughtful, and genuine. I especially want to highlight General Manager Sean for his outstanding leadership and personal touch. But honestly, every single person we interacted with made us feel welcome. The food was another highlight—the chicken was hands-down the best I’ve had in South Africa. And yes, the fireplace is wood-burning—a rare and delightful touch these days.
