Special shoutout to Manager Zheng—your professionalism and warmth made all the difference! The ambiance throughout the hotel is excellent. Our river-view room faced the sports center and Hangzhou Gate directly, offering stunning views. Waking up early for breakfast, we even caught the sunrise from the dining area—pure magic. New Century Hotel Binjiang Hangzhou

Staying at New Century Hotel Binjiang Hangzhou was a fantastic experience overall. The room was on a high floor, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline and the nearby river—especially stunning at night when the lights came on. The hotel’s interior design embraces a traditional Chinese aesthetic with elegant details throughout, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. Located right in the heart of Binjiang District, it's incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers—just a short walk to shopping centers and public transit options. The buffet breakfast was impressive: wide variety, fresh ingredients, and well-prepared dishes from both local and international cuisines. Staff were friendly and attentive, making every interaction pleasant. The only minor issue was inconsistent hot and cold water pressure, possibly due to the building’s height, but it didn’t significantly impact the stay. All in all, this is a top-tier hotel with excellent value, and I’d definitely return.
