We absolutely loved staying at Waya Hotel—this place is a gem! The location is unbeatable: right next to two metro lines. Line 3 from Xianning Road Station takes you straight to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Tang Paradise, while Line 6 gets you to Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter in no time. Even if we took a cab, it was always just a short ride away. Staying at Novotel Xi'an Xinxing was an absolutely delightful experience. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained—everything you’d need for a comfortable stay, whether traveling for business or leisure. The room itself was bright, airy, and filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Cleanliness stood out immediately—no corners were overlooked, and the entire space felt spotless and fresh. The staff truly went above and beyond. Front desk agent Xiao Liu was especially welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and personalized. Housekeeping was prompt and discreet, always responding to needs without being intrusive. Located just steps from the Changle Park Metro Station, it’s incredibly convenient for getting around the city, including easy access to Xijing Hospital. Excellent value for money and a great base for exploring Xi’an. I’ll definitely be returning.

Staying at Atour Hotel near Xijing Hospital and Hujiamiao Metro Station in Xi'an was an absolute delight. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable—everything you’d want for a relaxing trip. Free parking was a big plus, especially if you're traveling by car. I loved the self-service laundry facility—easy to use and always available. What really stood out was the thoughtful touch: staff even helped wash my clothes one evening, which felt so kind and personal. The breakfast was fantastic—plenty of options, fresh, and delicious. From local favorites to international choices, there was something for everyone. The front desk team was friendly and helpful throughout. This hotel offers excellent value and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Definitely coming back next time!

Kun yi Time Hotel (Xi'an Xijing Hospital Tonghuamen Subway Station Branch)

Absolutely deserving of a perfect score! From the warm welcome with a cup of tea at the entrance to the meticulously designed room amenities, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond—every corner of the bathroom was spotless, even the tiniest crevices were cleaned with care. The breakfast coffee was freshly ground and incredibly flavorful, a real highlight. Staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly and attentive, making the entire stay feel personal and welcoming. Special shoutout to front desk staff Xiao Zhou—so warm, helpful, and genuinely thoughtful. Even when checking out, they gave a kind farewell gesture that left a lasting impression. The room itself was immaculate, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the overall value for money is outstanding. This was one of the best stays I’ve had in Xi’an, and I’ll definitely be returning—and recommending it to everyone I know.
