The neighborhood itself is charming, with cozy little shops and a convenient commercial area featuring a proper supermarket where we could pick up everyday essentials just like locals do. After our mountain trip, this place offered the perfect peaceful retreat, especially during the busy Labour Day weekend. It’s quiet, clean, and well-located—ideal for unwinding without being far from city life. I’d definitely recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable, authentic stay in Chengdu.

Lizun Hotel

This stay at Lizun Hotel in Chengdu was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Goodland Hotel

Staying at this hotel above the mall was such a unique experience—like stepping into a hidden urban oasis. The room layout is cleverly designed with a TV screen acting as a divider, creating an open-concept one-bedroom living space that feels both spacious and intimate. The small balcony gets great natural light, making mornings extra pleasant. The only minor downside? A bit too many leaves falling in, so a simple canopy would make it even better. Overall, the location is super convenient, the design stands out, and the value for money is excellent. I’d definitely come back if I’m in Chengdu again.

Hantang Laojiao Hotel

I couldn’t be happier with my stay at Hantang Laojiao Hotel! The room was spacious and offered a stunning view of the river—truly impressive. Parking was super convenient, which made the whole experience stress-free. I appreciated the four bottles of water provided in the room—such a thoughtful touch. What stood out most was how quiet it was at night; I slept like a baby without any noise disturbances. I’d previously stayed at a nearby Quanji Hotel, but the street noise was unbearable, so I decided to switch—and this was such a better choice. The hotel is located near a supermarket and a great little fast-food spot called Mi Fan Xian Sheng, both of which are major pluses for convenience. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. If I ever come back to Chengdu, I’ll definitely book here again—excellent value and a truly relaxing stay!
