Upon arrival, we were greeted with welcome fruit, and the kids even received a little snack pack. The mini-fridge had complimentary soft drinks available anytime, and staff replenished them daily. Bottled water could be requested at the front desk, and I was pleasantly surprised by the food delivery robot—an innovative touch that added a modern flair. Staff were friendly and attentive, and thanks to the booking platform, we were able to upgrade to early check-in and late checkout without hassle. The floor attendant named Mei Hong was also very helpful and always on hand when needed. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be adding a small trash bin near the sink and more power outlets by the bed for convenience.
