Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: just a short walk to Prince Bay and even closer to Hua Gang Guan Yu, with easy access to hidden corners of West Lake. The hostess was incredibly warm and helpful—she shared some great spots for autumn foliage and even helped me plan a spontaneous morning route. I wandered through the Wushangyuan Archway at dawn, where misty light painted the red maples and ginkgo trees reflected beautifully on the water. Then I took a small boat ride from Ma Jia Wan into the quiet, lush backwaters of the lake—seriously like stepping into a secret garden. It was an unexpected highlight I never would’ve found without her tips. The only tiny downside? No tea table in the room, so I couldn’t enjoy my morning brew in peace. Still, overall, this place offers a unique blend of charm, comfort, and local insight—perfect for travelers who value authenticity over luxury.

The room was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed—everything we needed for a comfortable stay. At under $400, the value for money was outstanding. It's conveniently located near public transit, making it easy to explore West Lake and surrounding attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. The room layout is excellent and very functional. I was able to check in early and also extended my checkout time without any hassle—staff were proactive whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Their friendly attitude made the whole experience even better. Being on the ground floor is a major plus—super convenient for walking to West Lake, Hefang Street, and nearby attractions. Everything is within easy reach. The value for money is outstanding, and I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Hangzhou. Highly recommend this hotel!

The room itself was beautifully designed in traditional Chinese style, yet packed with modern comforts: plush bedding, excellent shower pressure, and ample space that made everything feel open and airy. Everything you need was thoughtfully provided, from toiletries to smart lighting. I’ve stayed at many B&Bs across China, but this one stands out for its charm, cleanliness, and attention to detail. If I’m ever back in Hangzhou, this will be my first choice without hesitation. A solid 10/10 — an unforgettable stay that blends culture, comfort, and kindness perfectly.

We were incredibly lucky during the New Year holiday when the hotel upgraded our room at no extra cost—what a wonderful surprise! The accommodation was cozy and comfortable, even though the balcony felt a bit chilly. However, the view and overall atmosphere made it well worth it. The resort’s architecture is truly unique—each balcony feels like it’s nestled in a loft with a striking sloped design. Surrounded by serene mountain scenery, the property beautifully blends traditional elements: pavilions, bridges, and flowing waterways create a peaceful, almost dreamlike setting. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner on-site, and every meal was satisfying and delicious. It’s rare to find such charm, tranquility, and excellent service all in one place. A perfect getaway that exceeded all expectations.

The moment I stepped in, I could tell this was something special—excellent service, top-notch dining, and an atmosphere that truly feels luxurious. The property is vast, with beautifully maintained lawns and trees. Since we visited right at peak season for maple and ginkgo foliage, the grounds were gently dusted with golden leaves, creating a magical, almost cinematic setting. Paths are clean and well-kept, making it easy to wander around for hours just taking photos and soaking in the scenery. We booked the daily 10 AM 'Wangzhuang Cruise' tour, which circles West Lake in about an hour. The boat itself is spotless, with comfortable upholstered seats, air-conditioned enclosed cabins, and panoramic glass windows that offer stunning views of both sides of the lake. I especially loved standing at the back deck to capture sweeping shots of the water and gardens—absolutely breathtaking. The highlight of the stay was the complimentary photography package. While one of the staff members from Hainan came across as rather abrupt and inflexible, the photographer, Mr. Song, and the makeup artist were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. Their work brought out the best in our photos, and the final results were truly memorable. Overall, despite a minor hiccup, the experience exceeded expectations—this place deserves every bit of its reputation.

I’ve been to Hangzhou every year, and this time I decided to stay at a tea plantation in Longjing Village. After comparing several options on the platform, I chose Landison Longjing Resort for its perfect balance of location, service, and value. Nestled right in the heart of the tea fields, the resort offers breathtaking views of endless green tea gardens. Along the winding roads, you’ll see local farmers harvesting and processing tea—so authentic and peaceful. The staff were exceptional from start to finish. Front desk agent Xiao Chen was incredibly attentive—when we asked for a better view room, he personally escorted us upstairs to pick one, even upgraded us without hesitation. When we preferred staying in, he brought extra bottled water for brewing tea. The rooms are spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows framing stunning mountain views. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Even the complimentary Longjing tea in the room was fresh and fragrant. Breakfast was simple but delicious—the eggs were perfectly cooked, and the noodles were so good I ended up eating three portions! I requested a late checkout, and when I left, Xiao Chen again went out of his way—bringing water, helping load luggage, and even waiving the fee for a broken glass. That kind of thoughtfulness truly made my stay unforgettable. Yes, some facilities show signs of age, but considering the serene setting, top-tier service, and great value, this resort is absolutely worth it. If I ever return to Hangzhou for a tea-focused getaway, I’d choose this place again without hesitation.
