The staff at the lobby were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. One little hiccup happened when my husband realized he left his phone in the room after checking out. We immediately returned to the hotel, and to our relief, the front desk had already secured it safely. That level of care truly stood out. We stayed for 14 days and couldn’t be happier.
