The bedroom opens directly onto a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of West Lake—perfect for sipping wine at sunset or enjoying a quiet morning with the mist rolling over the water. Our group—Joyce, Polly, Xiao Pan, and Xiao Jiang—were all blown away by the serene vibe and exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Line 19 provides direct access to the airport, East Station, and West Station—perfect for seamless travel. Line 2 connects you straight to Liangzhu, making it easy to explore beyond the city center. A taxi to the West Lake area takes just over ten minutes. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The room is spacious, clean, and well-designed—far exceeding expectations for the price. I’ve already extended my stay for two additional nights, and honestly, I’d book again in a heartbeat. Truly a gem in Hangzhou.

The staff went above and beyond when I couldn’t locate a Taobao order; they spent extra time helping me find it, which really stood out. Their kindness and professionalism made my stay memorable. This place offers incredible value and comfort—highly recommend for anyone visiting Hangzhou.
