Every staff member was attentive, polite, and genuinely caring. They even surprised me with a small thoughtful gift—such a nice touch. Special mention to Mike Zhang (Zhang Xinggang), whose professionalism, kindness, and genuine warmth left a lasting impression. He made me feel seen and valued throughout my visit. Overall, the hotel excels in every aspect—location, facilities, cleanliness, and hospitality. It’s not just a place to stay; it’s an experience.
