Best Hotels with Pet Friendly Near Zhengqiting

Nestled in Purple Mountain's foothills, Zhengqi Pavilion stands as a silent custodian of Nanjing's modern history. Built in 1947 with Chiang Kai-shek's calligraphy, this stone pavilion's blue-brick walls and scarlet pillars whisper tales of 20th-century China. Perched between Sun Yat-sen's Mausoleum and Zixia Lake, its tiered eaves offer a portal to Republican-era grandeur. Come at dawn when mist transforms the structure into a floating masterpiece - don't miss the engraved verses from Wen Tianxiang's 'Song of Righteousness', where the patriot's declaration "天地有正氣" (Heaven and Earth nurture noble qi) still resonates through the marble columns.

Qinhuai Ten Miles · Former Residence of Empress Jiajing of the Ming Dynasty · Xingyuan Hotel

Staying at Qinhuai Ten Miles · Former Residence of Empress Jiajing of the Ming Dynasty · Xingyuan Hotel with my furry friend was an absolute delight—far beyond what I expected! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 What truly stood out? No pet cleaning fee whatsoever. In a world where many hotels tack on extra charges under the guise of pet-friendly policies, this genuine commitment to guest comfort is refreshingly rare. The room was immaculately clean—no trace of pets at all—and the bedding was soft and cozy, so much so that both my dog and I slept like babies. Staff members greeted my pup with warm smiles and friendly waves, making the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. Location-wise, it’s just steps away from Old Gate East, and getting around to Confucius Temple is super easy via public transit. Plus, parking is completely free—what a win! This hotel isn’t just pet-friendly; it’s thoughtfully designed for travelers who value kindness, cleanliness, and convenience. I’ll definitely be back, and I’d happily recommend it to any fellow pet owner looking for a stress-free, heartwarming stay.

Nanjing Yeyi City Apartment (Fuzimiao Branch)

My friend and I visited Nanjing for a quick getaway, and after browsing through countless options online, we finally decided to go with a boutique apartment instead of a traditional hotel. Honestly, it was one of the best choices we made! The moment we walked in, we were drawn to the stylish interior—minimalist yet full of character, perfect for taking photos. As someone who loves snapping pics, this place was a dream. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: just a short walk from the subway station, so getting around is super easy. New Street Corner is just one stop away, and Fuzimiao is literally steps from the door. Despite being in a lively area, the apartment stayed quiet enough for me—a light sleeper—and I slept like a baby. The host was incredibly helpful too. Being spontaneous by nature, I don’t like planning things ahead, but the host gave us a personalized travel guide and shared some amazing local food spots. Seriously, every bite was delicious—we’re still talking about it! The room came fully equipped with a microwave (perfect for reheating leftovers) and even a small kitchenette. I didn’t cook anything myself—let’s be honest, I’m not much of a chef—but having the option was a game-changer. If you’re traveling with family or friends, the two-bedroom suite is an absolute must. It offers both privacy and space to hang out together. Overall, the vibe, convenience, and service all hit the mark. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone visiting Nanjing!

I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nanjing. It’s not just a hotel; it’s a home away from home.

Nanjing Suning ZhongShan Golf Resort

Staying at Nanjing Suning Zhongshan Golf Resort was one of those rare experiences that truly exceeded expectations from the very first moment. The journey began as soon as our car pulled up to the front entrance—staff immediately opened the door, took our luggage, and guided us smoothly through check-in. Stepping into the grand lobby felt like entering a luxury sanctuary: soaring ceilings, a stunning crystal chandelier, and a subtle, refreshing palmarosa fragrance in the air. Every detail screamed quality and intention. We checked into a standard room, but even the room tour felt like an experience—each cabinet and drawer revealed thoughtful touches: a golf cart model, a vintage hourglass, curated books. These aren’t just decorative items; they reflect the hotel’s unique personality and attention to storytelling. The amenities were top-tier—thick, plush slippers, a 17g mid-size Colgate toothpaste, and a wooden comb. Simple things, but so well executed, it made a real emotional impact. Breakfast was an absolute highlight. So much variety, so much flavor—my stomach really couldn’t handle it all! The live stations were impressive, especially the handmade wontons by Auntie Sun. Her warmth was infectious, and the wontons? Thin wrappers, generously stuffed with hand-ground meat that was springy and juicy—clearly made fresh, not mass-produced. The seafood congee was rich and aromatic, and fresh-squeezed juice added a perfect finishing touch. Staff were attentive without being intrusive—if something needed time, they’d ask where we were seated and bring it straight to us. The pool was massive, deep enough (around 1.4m), and kept at a perfect 30°C—ideal for winter swimming. At night, it felt almost private, like we had the whole space to ourselves. The dry sauna was spacious, well-ventilated, and completely quiet—no distractions. Even the shower and vanity areas used the same high-end products and appliances as the bedroom—zero compromises. Bonus: the complimentary 30-minute golf session at the practice range. As a complete beginner, I surprised myself with how well I did—fun, engaging, and genuinely memorable. I’d been slightly nervous after reading some negative comments about cold staff, but every interaction was warm, professional, and efficient. Housekeeping responded within minutes of a call—truly next-level responsiveness. Despite being in a quieter season (and even on a weekend), the hotel maintained its premium standards. Rumor has it the previous guest amenities were by Acqua di Parma, so there might’ve been some cost adjustments—but the soul of the place remains intact. This isn’t a hotel chasing trends or partnering with random photo shoots. It’s a genuine, well-crafted property built on substance, consistency, and care. If you’re looking for a stay that feels special—not just convenient—this is it. I already know I’ll be back.

The location is excellent—central, walkable to major attractions, and just a short metro ride from everything. My stay was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The Ritz-Carlton, Nanjing

This stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Nanjing was absolutely top-tier—hands down the best hotel experience I've had in China. I chose this property for my trip to Nanjing, and booking through the platform with their suite package for two days under $600 was an incredible value. The executive lounge offered five meals a day—basically endless dining, which made every day feel like a feast. Right downstairs is deji shopping mall, so you can stroll from room to store without stepping outside into the cold. Even on freezing days, I just wore my own slippers, a T-shirt, and a light shawl—perfect for a relaxed shopping spree. Everything I wanted was available, no need to wander far. The only minor downside? A few front desk staff weren’t as attentive when checking in, but everyone else—from housekeeping to concierge—was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The housekeeping team, in particular, were so cheerful and proactive, adding a bright energy to the whole visit. It was such a joyful two days, and I’d absolutely return without hesitation.

Jinling Mandarin Garden Hotel Nanjing

Staying at Jinling Mandarin Garden Hotel Nanjing was an absolute delight from start to finish. The service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a better room without any request, which immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. With a young child and elderly family member traveling with us, getting up early for breakfast was tough. The hotel kindly packed a breakfast box and brought it straight to our room—such a lifesaver! The next morning, the restaurant manager even remembered us and proactively offered to prepare a special breakfast for our little one. That level of personal care truly touched me. Every staff member we encountered—from the security team and bell staff to the front desk and housekeeping managers—was polite, efficient, and went out of their way to help. The room managers, Li and Fan, responded instantly to any need, and the dining team led by Manager Wang Yan and Wu Li made sure every detail was perfect. in N&S MEN DONG Hotel

Staying at in N&S MEN DONG Hotel was such a delightful experience from the moment I walked in. The aesthetic is absolutely charming—minimalist yet warm, with a cozy atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. I was greeted by two adorable blue cats, Xiao Nan and Xiao Bei—Xiao Nan’s a bit leaner, while Xiao Bei has a rounder, cuddly frame. They added such a personal touch to the stay! The service was incredibly thoughtful; ordering takeout was seamless, and it was delivered straight to my room without any hassle. Even though the hotel sits just one wall away from the lively vibe of Old Gate East, it remained surprisingly quiet at night and peaceful during the day—no noise pollution whatsoever. The scent upon entering was subtle but inviting, like fresh linen and woodsy notes blending together. One small but brilliant detail: even when I left the room without my key card, the central air conditioning kept running, maintaining a perfectly consistent temperature throughout. That kind of attention to comfort really shows how much care goes into every little detail. This place isn’t just a hotel—it feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a calm, stylish retreat in the heart of Nanjing.
