Public transit is super convenient too—everything is accessible without needing to rely on taxis. If I ever come back to Nanjing, this will be my top choice. Our river-view room offered stunning views of passing boats and the beautiful lantern lights across BaiLu Zhou, especially magical in the evening. Everything about this hotel felt thoughtfully designed—from the clean, spacious rooms to the attentive service. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of comfort, location, and value. It’s these kind of touches that make you feel genuinely cared for, especially as a solo traveler or woman visiting alone. I also want to give a special shout-out to the housekeeping staff on the third floor. She was incredibly polite, greeted us warmly each time she came by, and went above and beyond in her cleaning—every surface was spotless, even removing stubborn water stains. Most impressively, she always knocked before entering during re-cleaning visits, never barging in without permission. That level of respect and professionalism is rare and deeply appreciated.
