We booked three rooms for our family trip, and the overall experience was excellent. The hotel staff went above and beyond—our rooms were upgraded for free, which was a wonderful surprise. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds and pillows provided exceptional comfort, making for a restful night’s sleep. One minor issue was that the fabric sofa in the room looked a bit worn and needed cleaning. On one occasion, the housekeeping staff seemed slightly impatient when helping with a light fixture issue, but this didn’t overshadow the great service we received elsewhere. The front desk team was incredibly friendly and always eager to help. We loved how close the hotel is to the metro station—just a short walk away—and right across the street is a large shopping mall, perfect for dining and browsing. Unfortunately, we were too tired after late-night outings to try out the pool or gym, but we’ll definitely make time next visit. Staying at the Atour Hotel in North Bund was a fantastic choice for my trip to Shanghai. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Raffle Mall and easily accessible via subway, making it convenient for exploring the area. Unlike the crowded Bund, North Bund offers a more relaxed atmosphere with beautiful views, ideal for photography without the crowds. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with friendly staff and excellent service. Even though the price isn’t cheap, the overall experience absolutely justifies it. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai.

Gem Flower Hotel

The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Bund and North Bund area, with great access to public transit. The room was bright, spacious, and impeccably clean, with modern amenities that made our stay very comfortable. What truly stood out was the staff’s exceptional service—especially Miss Luo and Xiao Gong, who went above and beyond to care for us as senior guests. They were attentive, warm, and genuinely concerned about our comfort, asking thoughtful questions and making sure we had everything we needed. It felt like coming home. From the welcoming atmosphere to the personalized attention, this hotel exceeded all expectations. We’re already planning to return and will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Stayed at Shanghai Prodor Hotel and was absolutely impressed! The facilities are brand new and incredibly well-designed—way more modern and stylish than the older luxury hotels near the Bund. The room was spotless, and the overall environment was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The view of the river is stunning—breathtaking, especially in the morning light. Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive; they even delivered our takeout right to our door with no hassle. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile. This place offers an unbeatable combination of comfort, ambiance, and service. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai.

This is hands down the best value hotel I've stayed at in Shanghai recently! Right next to a metro station entrance, it's just a few stops from Lujiazui and The Bund—super convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself feels brand new with a spacious, stylish lobby that sets the tone right away. My room had a real window that opened, which was a nice touch for fresh air. Everything was modern: a smart toilet with remote control, a TV with screen mirroring capability, a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary bottled water—plus plenty of room for all your essentials. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything. From check-in to checkout, every detail felt thoughtfully designed. If you're visiting Shanghai, this is definitely a top pick for comfort, convenience, and great service.
