To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, pets are not allowed to enter the hotel. Smoking is prohibited in the hotel, including rooms, balconies etc. If any trace of smoke or cigarette butts is found in the room or on the balcony upon check-out, cleaning fee will be charged. The actual fee will be determined by asking at the on-site counter. Additionally, if smoking causes any damage to the property, compensation will be required at full cost, in addition to the cleaning fee.（Reminder valid 2025-03-04 until 2026-12-31 ）
