Breakfast was a highlight: a well-curated mix of Chinese and Western options, with standout dishes like freshly made lotus root paste and Dingsheng cake—delicate, sweet, and perfect with a cup of Longjing tea to start the day. The on-site restaurant serves exquisite Jiangnan fusion cuisine. The signature fish head dish is a masterpiece—blending classic Hangzhou flavors with modern techniques, where the aroma of fresh fragrant bamboo shoots dances with the savory depth of ham.
