I especially loved the large, bright bathroom with modern amenities and the beautiful wooden flooring that adds warmth and character to the space. Breakfast was a highlight—diverse and fresh, offering both Western and Chinese options, all prepared right in front of you. It’s rare to find such quality and variety in a boutique hotel. We were incredibly lucky during the New Year holiday when the hotel upgraded our room at no extra cost—what a wonderful surprise! The accommodation was cozy and comfortable, even though the balcony felt a bit chilly. However, the view and overall atmosphere made it well worth it. The resort’s architecture is truly unique—each balcony feels like it’s nestled in a loft with a striking sloped design. Surrounded by serene mountain scenery, the property beautifully blends traditional elements: pavilions, bridges, and flowing waterways create a peaceful, almost dreamlike setting. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner on-site, and every meal was satisfying and delicious. It’s rare to find such charm, tranquility, and excellent service all in one place. A perfect getaway that exceeded all expectations.

What truly stood out was the location: just a short walk from West Lake, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Getting to Feilai Feng was also quick and easy by car or public transport. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful—always smiling, ready to assist, and going the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Dining at Zhiwei Hall was another highlight. The food was excellent, with authentic flavors and beautiful presentation. While some dishes were on the pricier side, considering the quality, setting, and service, it felt justified. My family especially loved the taste of the signature dishes and kept raving about them afterward. Overall, this was a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and hospitality.
