Breakfast was another highlight—despite having two kids (one taller than standard), the staff didn’t treat us like a hassle. They welcomed us warmly and handled everything with grace. One detail I’ll never forget: when our napkins ran out, a supervisor personally came over to replace them—no one else was assigned, no script, just genuine care. Throughout our stay, housekeeping staff remained courteous, quiet, and always ready to help if needed, yet never intrusive. Grand Hyatt Shenyang truly exceeded my expectations! Located right in the heart of Youth Avenue, it's directly connected to the shopping mall and just a short walk from the metro—super convenient. The spacious room features floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning city views, and the bathroom is thoughtfully designed with a separate shower area and premium amenities. Dining at the rooftop restaurant was an absolute highlight—diverse menu, excellent flavors, and impeccable service from Veran, who was both friendly and efficient. From location to comfort and hospitality, everything was top-notch. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Shenyang.
