At check-in, the front desk staff were warm and professional—when they learned we were traveling with elderly family members, they kindly upgraded us to a scenic view room without hesitation. What stood out even more was that someone from the team called ahead to confirm our arrival details and even provided clear instructions about parking—so much for peace of mind! When we had to wait briefly for our room to be ready, instead of just letting us sit, they brought over a small snack specifically for our 4-year-old daughter. She lit up instantly, turning what could’ve been a boring wait into a sweet little moment. Breakfast was another highlight—despite having two kids (one taller than standard), the staff didn’t treat us like a hassle. They welcomed us warmly and handled everything with grace. One detail I’ll never forget: when our napkins ran out, a supervisor personally came over to replace them—no one else was assigned, no script, just genuine care. Throughout our stay, housekeeping staff remained courteous, quiet, and always ready to help if needed, yet never intrusive. This is my third time staying at this hotel, and I’m still thoroughly impressed! The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the modern amenities I’d expect. The breakfast buffet was fantastic—fresh, varied, and delicious, especially the hot oatmeal and homemade pastries. Location-wise, it’s perfect: just a short walk to the metro station and right in the heart of downtown Shenyang. I love waking up to views of Sanhao Street’s vibrant night skyline—it really adds character to the stay. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, and friendly staff make this a top choice for me. I’d definitely come back and would be thrilled if they could upgrade me to a larger room next time. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Shenyang!

The staff, especially Xiao Nan and Xiao Sun at the front desk, were incredibly warm and attentive—always ready to help with any request. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a surprisingly fresh feel despite the hotel’s age; it’s clear they’ve put effort into keeping things modern and comfortable. The fitness center has a great variety of equipment, and I never had to wait—huge plus after a long day. The laundry room was also efficient, no lines at all. What really stood out was the view from the window—beautiful cityscape that made mornings even better. Location-wise, it’s literally steps from the subway station, making airport transfers and exploring nearby attractions super easy on foot. The only minor downside is that laundry assistance isn’t available, but every other need I had was promptly addressed. Overall, an excellent stay with great value—definitely my top pick for next time in Shenyang.

The bedding was comfortable, and the overall hygiene was impressive. It’s rare to find such a pleasant, no-fuss spot in the city center—especially at this price point. Definitely a solid choice if you need a quiet place to rest between flights or exploring. Great value and highly recommended.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean—possibly even upgraded since I booked a king bed but was given a double setup instead. Two nights felt like a luxury, with excellent heating and powerful hot water for showers. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful sleep. What really stood out was the location—right on the bustling shopping street, just steps away from Taicheng Street and Shenyang Railway Station. Everything I needed was within walking distance. It’s rare to find such convenience combined with comfort and cleanliness. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit Shenyang. Highly recommend!

We arrived in Shenyang during a heavy snowfall, and initially struggled to find parking for the hotel. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful—without hesitation, they went downstairs to personally arrange a spot and even guided me into it. Their attention to detail made a huge difference in what could’ve been a stressful situation. The hotel’s location is excellent—right near Taiyuan Street, with plenty of dining options and shopping nearby. But the real highlight? Visiting Shenyang Imperial Palace on a snowy day—it looked absolutely magical. The snow-covered rooftops and ancient architecture created a scene straight out of a dream. I’ll never forget that moment. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations. Great service, convenient location, and unforgettable memories. Definitely coming back.
