We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from the Ramada to a family suite, and we’re especially grateful to our dedicated concierge, Joan Chen, whose warm care and thoughtful attention made our stay even more memorable. The hotel truly reflects the brand’s signature elegance. The room view is stunning—same breathtaking sea and pool vistas as the standard rooms—but our upgraded suite featured a spacious balcony with an unobstructed view of the pool below. The family room itself was impressively large, spotlessly clean with no overlooked corners. With two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer, it was incredibly convenient for a multi-generational family visit. Staff service stood out across the board—everyone, from housekeeping to gardeners, was courteous and professional. The buffet breakfast and dinner were both extensive and high-quality, offering a wide variety of dishes that would take days to fully explore. Public restrooms were immaculately maintained. The room I stayed in, especially the Si Yue room on the second floor, was spacious, well-lit, and had excellent ventilation, making for a truly restful night’s sleep. There’s a laundry machine and a private balcony with a lovely view of the sea—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The location is fantastic: just a short ride from the airport, close to restaurants, shops, and beaches. FY Fuyue Homestay

Our flight was canceled due to a typhoon, so our family of five decided to stay at this homestay as a temporary solution—and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. If you’re renting a car, it’s just a 4-kilometer drive to the best photo spot along Yamen Longlan (right by the Guoguang Haosheng Hotel), making it super convenient for sightseeing. The front courtyard has ample parking space, and the pool is spotless—cleaner than many luxury hotel pools I’ve seen. Staying on the second floor means climbing a few stairs, but the room soundproofing is excellent, so no noise from other guests. Best of all, the host was incredibly generous—we returned the rental car on time, and he personally drove us to the airport. That kind of hospitality really stood out. The location is absolutely fantastic—super convenient for getting around, with easy access to attractions and a peaceful, scenic neighborhood. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers comfort and convenience in one. I especially want to thank Front Desk Manager Xiao Wang for the excellent room assignment and warm hospitality—it felt like being welcomed into a home away from home. I stayed here as a transit stop, but was pleasantly surprised by how close it is to Yemeng Long Beach, perfect for catching the sunset at the ideal viewing spot. Plus, there’s live acoustic music on weekends—such a nice touch that adds charm to the evening. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Sanya.

The room was immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a private retreat. The housekeeping staff were genuinely warm and friendly, greeting us with a smile the moment we walked in. Even though the resort is large and bustling, the team stayed organized and attentive, always going the extra mile. They offered to carry our luggage up to the room and even helped with packing and bringing bags down at check-out—way more thoughtful than what I’ve experienced at some other luxury hotels. A small tip is definitely deserved for such service. The barbecue and hot pot buffets were outstanding—plenty of fresh ingredients, and the lamb skewers were especially delicious. I ended up eating so much I could barely move! The breakfast was next level too—huge dining area, endless variety, and one of the most impressive hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had on this trip. The landscaping is beautiful, and the resort feels expansive and peaceful. Right outside the front door is the Menguang Longlou walkway, where you can stroll along the beachfront. While the waters of Sanya Bay aren’t as crystal clear as those in Yalong Bay, it’s still lovely for a relaxed walk, watching locals enjoy the seaside vibe. Overall, the service, food, and atmosphere made this stay truly memorable. A top-tier experience with excellent value.

Our little star, Baby Bear, absolutely fell in love with Sanya the moment we arrived! As a Black Diamond Partner, I can confidently say the resort’s scenery is absolutely breathtaking—endless blue sky meeting endless sea, truly unmatched. I’ve been here before three years ago and still remember the stunning infinity pool on the rooftop with its panoramic ocean view. This time around, as soon as we checked in, we headed straight up to the rooftop pool—just like old times. The view? Pure magic. It’s exactly what you imagine when you think of 'living by the sea.' Our entire stay was taken care of by Zoe, who was attentive, warm, and always ready to help. But it wasn’t just her—every department we interacted with, from housekeeping and front desk to concierge, pool staff, photography team, and even maintenance (if I missed anyone, my apologies!), made us feel genuinely welcomed and cherished. And then there’s the food—especially the local Hou’an noodles. Rich, flavorful, perfectly cooked—this dish deserves to be a signature on the menu. From helpful recommendations to personal touches, she truly made a difference. There are plenty of amenities on-site, and getting around is super convenient. For the quality, location, and value, this is hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Sanya—highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be returning.
