Staying in the honeymoon suite on the 7th floor was such a delightful surprise—corner room with multiple windows and a spacious balcony that flooded the space with natural light. The room was immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a private retreat. The housekeeping staff were genuinely warm and friendly, greeting us with a smile the moment we walked in. Even though the resort is large and bustling, the team stayed organized and attentive, always going the extra mile. They offered to carry our luggage up to the room and even helped with packing and bringing bags down at check-out—way more thoughtful than what I’ve experienced at some other luxury hotels. A small tip is definitely deserved for such service. The barbecue and hot pot buffets were outstanding—plenty of fresh ingredients, and the lamb skewers were especially delicious. I ended up eating so much I could barely move! The breakfast was next level too—huge dining area, endless variety, and one of the most impressive hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had on this trip. The landscaping is beautiful, and the resort feels expansive and peaceful. Right outside the front door is the Menguang Longlou walkway, where you can stroll along the beachfront. While the waters of Sanya Bay aren’t as crystal clear as those in Yalong Bay, it’s still lovely for a relaxed walk, watching locals enjoy the seaside vibe. Overall, the service, food, and atmosphere made this stay truly memorable. A top-tier experience with excellent value.

The resort has a spacious and elegant atmosphere with excellent landscaping—lots of greenery that makes you feel relaxed the moment you step in. The large swimming pool is clean and inviting, and being so close to the beach is a major plus—just a short walk from the sand, perfect for sunrise swims or sunset strolls. Daily housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the staff were consistently professional and attentive. The front desk team was friendly and patient, especially when helping with check-in extensions. But the real highlight was our concierge, Xiao Cheng—so thoughtful and proactive! She anticipated needs before we even mentioned them: recommended local dining spots, reminded us about the weather change, and even helped book dinner reservations. Her care and attention truly made the stay special. I’d definitely return and recommend this hotel to friends. For comfort, service, and value, it’s hard to beat.

The concierge service was truly exceptional—daily check-ins to see if we needed anything replenished, and even helped arrange a ride to the airport on our departure day. So thoughtful and convenient, especially with elderly family members and kids in tow. Everyone in our group—parents and children alike—was thoroughly satisfied. From the building’s upper floors, you can catch a distant view of the sea across the way, which adds to the charm despite not having a direct ocean-facing view. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Sanya Bay’s Coconut Dream Corridor and the beachfront, perfect for sunset strolls or just relaxing by the water. For the price, this experience offers outstanding value. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality.

They used Qingfeng and JieRou tissues—high quality and soft—and the water was just bottled Nongfu Spring, which felt refreshing and safe to drink. The decor had a warm, cozy vibe that made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive—any little request, like picking up a package, was handled without hesitation. Their hospitality went above and beyond. With such great value, excellent service, and a peaceful seaside setting, I’d definitely book here again on my next trip to Sanya. The owner is a fellow native from Jilin, and he truly goes above and beyond—picked me up at the airport in the middle of the night with a warm smile. On the morning of my departure, even though he had to return to Northeast China for family reasons, he made sure to arrange a private transfer to the airport. I initially got a room facing the street, but after mentioning it, they immediately switched me to a quiet, peaceful one—perfect for relaxing during my 10-day stay. The hotel’s location near Coconut Dream Corridor is ideal for morning walks along the beach. Clean, comfortable, and full of personal touches. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely come back. Truly a hidden gem.

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Yuyuan Beach and right next to the iconic Coconut Dream Promenade. The apartment itself exceeded all expectations: spotless cleanliness, cozy and soft bedding that made for an amazing night’s sleep, and every amenity worked perfectly—from the air conditioning to the high-speed Wi-Fi. Even though it’s compact, the layout feels spacious and well thought out, ideal for a couple or small family. What stood out most was the attention to detail—the little touches like fresh towels, quality toiletries, and a fully stocked kitchenette made me feel at home. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next trip to Sanya. This place isn’t just a hotel—it’s a true gem.

Also, the front desk staff member named Moli was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay—always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist. I stayed on the 13th floor, and the view was breathtaking: wide-open sea vistas mixed with the city skyline, especially stunning at sunrise. The room itself was spacious, bright, and immaculately clean—no lingering odors whatsoever. The bedding felt luxurious and soft, and I slept like a baby thanks to excellent soundproofing that kept out all outside noise.
