Courtyard by Marriott Xi'an North

We’ve stayed at Blue Sea Wind before and had an excellent experience, so when we planned a trip to Xi’an with our parents, this was our top choice. We booked two nights in a Club Room on a higher floor—great views of the city skyline, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The Club Lounge served delicious food with a nice variety, especially the afternoon tea spread—well-prepared and thoughtfully presented. Special thanks to Xiao Ma and Bella, who were incredibly helpful from the start. They offered useful travel tips and guidance well before arrival, and their warm, attentive service continued throughout our stay. The hotel is just steps away from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city center without hassle. Our parents were particularly impressed by the room comfort and cleanliness—they said it felt like home. Overall, the quality of service, location, and amenities exceeded expectations. This is definitely a hotel we’ll return to, and one we highly recommend to fellow travelers.

I just have to rave about Crystal at the front desk of Yongchang Hotel in Xi'an—her service was genuinely exceptional! From check-in, she proactively shared helpful details about the room and even reminded us of breakfast time and location. What truly blew me away was that all beverages in the mini-fridge were complimentary—no extra charges at all. The room itself was spotless, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and high-quality bathroom amenities. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. And let’s talk about the fourth-floor pool and gym—accessible for free with our room key. The pool water was crystal clear, fresh, and completely odor-free, making it perfect for a refreshing swim. Afterward, I hit the gym and loved the clean, well-equipped space. It’s rare to find such thoughtful touches and excellent facilities in one place. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip to Xi’an—highly recommend this hotel!

I was pleasantly surprised by the experience at this hotel. Right after landing, I received a complimentary airport pickup service—someone met me at the airport and took me straight to the hotel, which made my arrival so much easier. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and proactively informed me about potential noise issues, but since I left early in the morning and returned only in the evening, it didn’t affect me at all. The room had underfloor heating, making it cozy and warm during my stay—perfect for the cooler weather. All amenities were well-maintained and fully equipped, from the bedding to the bathroom essentials. It’s clean, comfortable, and offers excellent value. This is my second stay at this hotel, and I’m even more impressed this time around. The location is fantastic—just steps away from the metro station, making it super easy to explore downtown Xi’an. There’s plenty of parking available, and it’s completely free for guests—huge plus if you’re traveling by car. The room itself is spacious and spotlessly clean, with a modern, futuristic vibe that really sets it apart. Check-in is seamless—just use facial recognition to enter your room, no queues, no hassle. Everything in the room, from lighting to the TV, can be controlled via voice commands—super convenient and fun to use. The staff, especially Xiao Jie at front desk, were incredibly professional and friendly, going above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. I’ll definitely be back. If you’re looking for a smart, well-located, and highly efficient hotel experience, this one is a must-try.

Atour Hotel (Xi'an North 2nd Ring Road Wenjing Road)

This hotel keeps delivering an excellent experience every time I visit. Located just a short ride from the city center via metro, it's super convenient for exploring Xi'an’s top attractions. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding that made for a restful night’s sleep—no noise disturbances at all. The quiet, elegant atmosphere really adds to the overall comfort. Free parking is a huge plus, especially if you're traveling by car. The staff are incredibly polite and attentive—they go out of their way to help, from offering local tips to assisting with luggage. All facilities, including the fitness center and laundry services, are modern and well-kept. It’s rare to find such a high standard of service and cleanliness at this price point. I’ve stayed here multiple times and will definitely come back whenever I’m in Xi'an. A top-tier choice for both business and leisure travelers.

TSINGNENG MERRYDA HOTEL (Dafengge Station)

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient—right next to both a bus stop and metro station, with easy access to the high-speed rail and airport. I was able to reach downtown attractions within 30 minutes by subway, which made exploring the city effortless. The staff, especially front desk agent Xiao Lu, went above and beyond with warm, attentive service. She even handed me a small souvenir as a farewell gift—such a thoughtful touch! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and free of any unpleasant odors. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options, and the quality was excellent. There are also plenty of leisure amenities on-site, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is a top-tier choice in Xi'an—I’d definitely stay here again.

Echeng Hotel(Xi`an Zhuhong Road Hancheng Lake)

Staying at Echeng Hotel (Xi'an Zhuhong Road Hancheng Lake) was a great experience overall. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and has a peaceful atmosphere. My room was spotless, with modern amenities including strong air conditioning—perfect for the summer heat. The staff, especially front desk agent Xiao Liu, were friendly, helpful, and professional. What stood out most was the excellent value for money—the room came with everything I needed: high-speed Wi-Fi, quality toiletries, and a reliable kettle. Parking is a major plus—both underground and surface lots are available, making it super convenient if you're traveling by car. Plus, the metro station is just about 100 meters away, so getting around the city is effortless. In the evening, I loved strolling along the Han City Lake scenic area across the street—beautiful night views and lively local food stalls nearby. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel offers comfort, convenience, and charm. Highly recommend it!
