Best of all, it's just a short walk to Baijiakou Metro Station, making exploring the city incredibly convenient. Right after landing, I received a complimentary airport pickup service—someone met me at the airport and took me straight to the hotel, which made my arrival so much easier. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and proactively informed me about potential noise issues, but since I left early in the morning and returned only in the evening, it didn’t affect me at all. The room had underfloor heating, making it cozy and warm during my stay—perfect for the cooler weather. All amenities were well-maintained and fully equipped, from the bedding to the bathroom essentials. It’s clean, comfortable, and offers excellent value. We’ve stayed at Blue Sea Wind before and had an excellent experience, so when we planned a trip to Xi’an with our parents, this was our top choice. We booked two nights in a Club Room on a higher floor—great views of the city skyline, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The Club Lounge served delicious food with a nice variety, especially the afternoon tea spread—well-prepared and thoughtfully presented. Special thanks to Xiao Ma and Bella, who were incredibly helpful from the start. They offered useful travel tips and guidance well before arrival, and their warm, attentive service continued throughout our stay. The hotel is just steps away from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city center without hassle. Our parents were particularly impressed by the room comfort and cleanliness—they said it felt like home. Overall, the quality of service, location, and amenities exceeded expectations.
