The air conditioning was powerful and kept the room cool throughout the night. The laundry machine worked perfectly and was a great convenience. One thing missing was a refrigerator; having some drinks or snacks stored there would have been ideal, especially since they could be used to offset the deposit. The owner is incredibly responsive and helpful—any concerns were addressed promptly. Location-wise, it's very convenient: just a short walk from Daming Palace West Metro Station, free parking available, and plenty of dining options nearby in the shopping district.
