Location-wise, it's unbeatable—right next to the Huaqiang North Metro Station, making it super easy to get around Shenzhen. Public transport options are abundant, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. While the exterior design is quite plain, the interior feels modern and inviting. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service—attentive, thoughtful, and always going the extra mile. Booking the Executive Floor was a game-changer; it offered a more personalized experience with dedicated support throughout our stay. The guest experience team was patient, helpful, and made every detail seamless. Dining was another highlight—the afternoon tea was beautifully presented, and the Japanese restaurant, Songyi Teppanyaki, delivered an outstanding meal with perfect seasoning and presentation. Breakfast was well-rounded and satisfying, though not overly elaborate. Overall, the quality of service, comfort, and attention to detail make this hotel a top choice. I’ll definitely be back.
