I even bought four crabs during the peak season from a nearby supermarket and enjoyed them in the room—simple, delicious, and totally worth it. Dining was another highlight—the afternoon tea was beautifully presented, and the Japanese restaurant, Songyi Teppanyaki, delivered an outstanding meal with perfect seasoning and presentation. I initially booked this hotel just because I had to, and honestly, I was a bit skeptical since it was renovated back in 2018—thought the rooms might feel dated. But wow, I was pleasantly surprised! The room layout is excellent, with amazing views that make the stay so enjoyable. The location is fantastic—there are so many great food delivery options nearby, and the robot room service is a real game-changer. Super convenient and adds a fun tech touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too. Special thanks to Molly, Cavan, and Louise—they checked availability for my potential room extension before I even asked, which showed such thoughtfulness. The place was spotless, way cleaner than I expected. Overall, this exceeded all my expectations. Definitely worth staying at if you're in Shenzhen.
