Among all the LIA hotels I've stayed at, this one stands out as the best. The room is the largest and most comfortable, with a perfect balance of space and modern amenities. Location-wise, it's incredibly convenient—just a short walk to Futian Port and surrounded by multiple shopping malls, making dining and shopping effortless. Food delivery arrives quickly too, which is a huge plus when you're tired after a long day. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a warm smile. Cleanliness, comfort, and service all come together seamlessly. I’ll definitely be returning here on my next trip to Shenzhen.

Breakfast was excellent: a wide variety of options, fresh and tasty, especially the local-style congee and freshly baked bread. It’s rare to find such a great balance between city convenience and hotel tranquility. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Dongmen or when visiting the Guomao area. Dining was another highlight—the afternoon tea was beautifully presented, and the Japanese restaurant, Songyi Teppanyaki, delivered an outstanding meal with perfect seasoning and presentation. The location is fantastic—there are so many great food delivery options nearby, and the robot room service is a real game-changer. Super convenient and adds a fun tech touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too. Special thanks to Molly, Cavan, and Louise—they checked availability for my potential room extension before I even asked, which showed such thoughtfulness.
