We’ve stayed at Blue Sea Wind before and had an excellent experience, so when we planned a trip to Xi’an with our parents, this was our top choice. The Club Lounge served delicious food with a nice variety, especially the afternoon tea spread—well-prepared and thoughtfully presented. Special thanks to Xiao Ma and Bella, who were incredibly helpful from the start. They offered useful travel tips and guidance well before arrival, and their warm, attentive service continued throughout our stay. The hotel is just steps away from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city center without hassle. The hotel itself is spacious and impeccably clean, but the standout feature has to be the extra-large bed measuring 2 meters—sleeping on it felt like luxury. I woke up feeling completely refreshed. What really made my stay special was the warm, genuine smiles from the front desk staff—they greeted me by name every time, making me feel truly welcomed. After a long day of exploring, returning to the hotel instantly eased my fatigue. This place offers incredible value for money, and I can’t wait to come back. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely outstanding, and one small but unforgettable moment truly stood out. We were a family of three visiting Xi'an for the first time—my husband and son had arrived a day earlier, and we’d planned to meet at the train station after I checked out. However, my phone died overnight with no charge, leaving me completely disconnected in an unfamiliar city. I tried charging it at the front desk, even using their chargers, but nothing worked. Panicked and unable to contact my family or call a taxi, I shared my situation with the staff. A manager immediately stepped in—without hesitation, he used his own phone to call my husband, reconnecting us. He then arranged a ride for me and personally accompanied me to the train station, updating my husband on my location throughout the journey. The station is huge and crowded, so he helped us share real-time location until I safely met my husband. This simple act of kindness made such a difference during a stressful moment. It’s rare to find such genuine care in a hotel, especially when you’re far from home. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed—and now, I’m already planning to return.
