The room itself was spotless, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and high-quality bathroom amenities. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. And let’s talk about the fourth-floor pool and gym—accessible for free with our room key. The pool water was crystal clear, fresh, and completely odor-free, making it perfect for a refreshing swim. Getting to major attractions like the Big Wild Goose Pagoda or Bell Tower is super convenient too—just a quick hop on Metro Line 2 from the nearby Sports Stadium Station, and traffic isn’t an issue when taking taxis. The room itself was spacious and incredibly comfortable, especially the luxurious bedding that made for a restful night’s sleep. I particularly loved the large bathroom with a standalone bathtub—perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. The amenities smelled fresh and high-quality, adding to the overall relaxing feel. Noise insulation in the room was good, so it stayed quiet and peaceful throughout the night. The quiet, elegant atmosphere really adds to the overall comfort. Free parking is a huge plus, especially if you're traveling by car. The staff are incredibly polite and attentive—they go out of their way to help, from offering local tips to assisting with luggage. All facilities, including the fitness center and laundry services, are modern and well-kept. It’s rare to find such a high standard of service and cleanliness at this price point. We’ve stayed at Blue Sea Wind before and had an excellent experience, so when we planned a trip to Xi’an with our parents, this was our top choice. We booked two nights in a Club Room on a higher floor—great views of the city skyline, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The Club Lounge served delicious food with a nice variety, especially the afternoon tea spread—well-prepared and thoughtfully presented. Special thanks to Xiao Ma and Bella, who were incredibly helpful from the start. They offered useful travel tips and guidance well before arrival, and their warm, attentive service continued throughout our stay. The hotel is just steps away from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city center without hassle. Our parents were particularly impressed by the room comfort and cleanliness—they said it felt like home. Overall, the quality of service, location, and amenities exceeded expectations.
