They have a delivery robot that brings food right to your door—so futuristic and fun, especially for kids. Location is perfect—just a short walk to major attractions, making sightseeing super convenient. The next day, we had an early high-speed train departure and were feeling under the weather, so we wanted to check out early and cancel two rooms. To our surprise, the front desk offered a free late check-out until 4 PM with no extra charge—such thoughtful service! This level of care truly made our experience unforgettable. Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua City

Coming to Tianjin for two main reasons: catching some local xiangsheng comedy and checking out the famous Xibei Jiao breakfast street — both lived up to expectations, with amazing performances and delicious food. The hotel is located right in the bustling Aqua City area, surrounded by vibrant street life and authentic city energy. The staff went above and beyond — especially Manager Xiao Meng at reception, who gave us great tips on photo spots and even helped us explore Jin Street, including the fun tradition of stepping on copper coins. Our room was upgraded without any extra cost, and it’s spacious, bright, and beautifully lit. Everything about this stay felt genuine and thoughtful. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tianjin — I’d definitely come back.
