Coming to Tianjin for two main reasons: catching some local xiangsheng comedy and checking out the famous Xibei Jiao breakfast street — both lived up to expectations, with amazing performances and delicious food. The hotel is located right in the bustling Aqua City area, surrounded by vibrant street life and authentic city energy. The staff went above and beyond — especially Manager Xiao Meng at reception, who gave us great tips on photo spots and even helped us explore Jin Street, including the fun tradition of stepping on copper coins. Our room was upgraded without any extra cost, and it’s spacious, bright, and beautifully lit. Everything about this stay felt genuine and thoughtful. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tianjin — I’d definitely come back.

Renaissance Tianjin Lakeview Hotel(Municipal Government Branch)

Check-in on New Year’s Day was packed—full house, long lines—but Serena at the front desk made it smooth and stress-free. She handled three rooms for me with such warmth and speed that I actually noticed her later—she’s even featured in the official promotional video on Ctrip! The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with a spacious layout and modern touches. My only small wish? Upgrading to a smart toilet would be a nice touch, especially for a luxury Marriott property. Overall, the service, location, and vibe were top-notch. It’s clear this hotel knows how to deliver a premium experience—and I’ll definitely be back.

It felt like we were right in the heart of the action without stepping outside. My kids absolutely loved it—they were mesmerized by the skyline and had so much fun exploring the hotel’s cozy atmosphere. This place offers incredible value and charm. Meicheng Selected Hotel Apartment (Xiaobailou Wudao Branch)

We stayed in a family room with my parents and kids, and booked the package deal. The high floor offered breathtaking views of Tianjin's night skyline—absolutely stunning. Parking is convenient, and there’s a restaurant right downstairs—perfect for quick meals. We also loved watching the sunrise from the room; just lying in bed as the sun peeked over the cityscape was such a peaceful moment. The location is excellent for exploring the area, and everything—from service to comfort—was top-notch. This stay truly exceeded expectations, and I’d definitely recommend it to other travelers.

Public transportation is literally steps away, making it easy to get around Tianjin. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and fully equipped with everything you’d need. What stood out most was the excellent soundproofing—once the door closed, outside noise vanished completely, and there was no disturbance from neighboring rooms. It felt like a peaceful retreat amidst the city bustle. I’ll definitely be returning here on my next trip to Tianjin.

From the moment I arrived, the host greeted me with genuine warmth, checked me in quickly, and even shared local tips on nearby attractions and delicious local eats. It instantly made me feel right at home. The location is perfect—just a short walk or quick metro ride away from must-visit spots like Tianjin Eye, Century Clock, and the famous Porcelain House. Step into the room, and you’re immediately greeted by a bright, clean space flooded with natural light through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The view outside is picture-perfect, making every shot Instagram-worthy. At night, the blackout curtains provide excellent privacy and helped me sleep soundly. What really surprised me? There’s a built-in oven in the kitchenette—rare for an apartment hotel, and such a thoughtful touch for self-catering guests. The bathroom features a smart dry-wet separation design, so no more worrying about damp floors after a shower. Everything feels thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. This stay exceeded all my expectations. If you're visiting Tianjin, this is definitely my top recommendation—I’ll be coming back again without hesitation!

Tianjin Maison Manshang Meisu (Xiaobailou Wudao store)

The room was spacious and the interior design gave a cozy, homey feel. I especially appreciated having a fridge and microwave—super convenient for preparing meals. Right downstairs is the metro station, and it’s just a quick crossing to Wudao Area—perfect location for exploring the city. For under $250, this was an incredible value.
