The front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and went the extra mile by offering personalized family-friendly travel tips. Free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and parking was easy to access. Whether traveling with kids or on business, this hotel truly checks every box. It’s already on my must-stay list for future trips to Tianjin—I’ll definitely be back.

Banyan Tree Tianjin Riverside

Staying at Banyan Tree Tianjin Riverside was an absolute delight! While the 'Xuan Ying Photography Experience' wasn't available during our visit, everything else more than made up for it. The complimentary minibar was fantastic—well-stocked with quality drinks and snacks, a real highlight. We used the 90% discount at Baiyun Chinese Restaurant, and while the food was solid and traditional, it delivered exactly what we expected. The pool area is beautifully designed and well-maintained, with excellent facilities that make it perfect for relaxing. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout—no issues at all. But the real showstopper? The view of the Ferris wheel at night—it’s breathtaking. The lights sparkle across the river, creating a romantic and unforgettable atmosphere. And the service? Outstanding. Manager Tian Bing was especially attentive and welcoming, going out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. From start to finish, this place exceeded expectations. A truly memorable experience with incredible value—definitely coming back.
