The front desk team—He and Lu were calm and professional, while Xiao Zhang and Xiao Feng made me feel right at home with their bright smiles and efficient check-in. Even after a long journey, I felt instantly relaxed. Xiao Luo and Xiao Wang went above and beyond with their thoughtful attention to detail—always ready with a kind word or helpful suggestion. Our housekeeper, Xiao Tang, brought fresh fruit that tasted sweet and refreshing, and room attendant Miss Tian left behind not just a spotless room but also a little note with honey—a small gesture, but it truly touched my heart. What really stood out was how the staff took care of the laundry—they neatly folded and returned my clothes, which felt like a thoughtful personal touch. The only minor issue was the heating system in the air conditioning; even on cool mode, it blew out warm air, making it uncomfortably hot at night. I ended up turning it off completely, but still felt warm. A small adjustment to the temperature settings would make a big difference. That said, the location is fantastic—just a short walk to Tiandi and Lihuangpi Road, both full of charm and great for exploring. There’s plenty to do nearby, from dining to sightseeing, all within easy reach. Overall, excellent value and a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
