But lately, I couldn’t find it online, and with my limited tech skills, I was really frustrated. From the wide selection of snacks and soft drinks in-room, to the afternoon offering of fresh fruit and wine with elegant presentation, every moment felt thoughtfully curated. Coming back in the evening, I was pleasantly surprised by a refreshing fermented tea waiting for me—such a lovely personal touch. Even after check-out, the team went the extra mile: they called the next day to confirm if I’d left behind my clothes and glasses, then arranged to ship them home for me. That kind of proactive care is rare and deeply appreciated. This stay exceeded expectations—sophisticated, seamless, and genuinely memorable. I’ll definitely be returning.

I initially booked this hotel just because I had to, and honestly, I was a bit skeptical since it was renovated back in 2018—thought the rooms might feel dated. But wow, I was pleasantly surprised! The room layout is excellent, with amazing views that make the stay so enjoyable. The location is fantastic—there are so many great food delivery options nearby, and the robot room service is a real game-changer. Super convenient and adds a fun tech touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too. Special thanks to Molly, Cavan, and Louise—they checked availability for my potential room extension before I even asked, which showed such thoughtfulness. The place was spotless, way cleaner than I expected. Overall, this exceeded all my expectations. Definitely worth staying at if you're in Shenzhen.

Staying at JW Marriott Shenzhen was an absolute delight from start to finish. Everything around the hotel is within easy reach: shopping, dining, and entertainment options are abundant, and it’s just a short walk or quick metro ride to downtown. The 24-hour fitness center and indoor pool are fantastic perks—great for staying active no matter the time of day. Inside the room, everything was top-notch: fast, reliable Wi-Fi, modern amenities, and a comfortable bed that made for deep, restful sleep. Breakfast was exceptional—plenty of variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious flavors. The staff truly stood out: warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.
