The staff were outstanding: Xiao Peng was friendly and courteous, and the housekeeping team went above and beyond with their warm smiles and helpful attitude. The location is fantastic—just an 8-10 minute walk from the metro station, and walking through Xin Tian Di leads you straight into multiple large shopping malls, including Huangting Plaza, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. Inside the hotel, there’s a small café offering coffee and desserts, plus a selection of daily essentials—perfect for last-minute needs. Special shoutout to Xiao Lao, who kindly upgraded me to a larger room at no extra cost. It made a big difference in comfort and space. Staying at The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan was an absolutely outstanding experience. The location is unbeatable—just across the street from Window of the World, and directly connected to a large shopping mall, so you can stroll through stores without stepping outside. Right downstairs is a metro station, making travel around the city super convenient. The service truly stood out—especially Ella Pang and Gina Gun at the Executive Lounge. When I needed to print a document, they went above and beyond with warmth and efficiency. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made all the difference. This hotel offers incredible value and comfort—definitely a place I’d return to.

Staying at Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen once again, and I’m as impressed as ever. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the metro and surrounded by a large shopping mall, making dining, shopping, and exploring effortless. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service—attentive, thoughtful, and always going the extra mile. Booking the Executive Floor was a game-changer; it offered a more personalized experience with dedicated support throughout our stay. The guest experience team was patient, helpful, and made every detail seamless. Dining was another highlight—the afternoon tea was beautifully presented, and the Japanese restaurant, Songyi Teppanyaki, delivered an outstanding meal with perfect seasoning and presentation. Breakfast was well-rounded and satisfying, though not overly elaborate. Overall, the quality of service, comfort, and attention to detail make this hotel a top choice. I’ll definitely be back.

I was especially impressed by the bathroom amenities: the entire Thelier skincare collection had such a subtle, luxurious fragrance that made every moment in the room feel like a little escape. The executive lounge is truly worth it—floor-to-ceiling views of the city skyline are breathtaking, perfect for relaxing or just gazing into the distance. They serve drinks starting at noon, which is a great touch for guests who enjoy a cocktail or two, and the pastries are absolutely delicious—well-crafted and fresh. Special shoutout to Mandy, whose warm and attentive service stood out. She made us feel genuinely cared for. This hotel exceeded all expectations, and I’m already planning my next visit—especially curious to see the new rooms!

Even after check-out, the team went the extra mile: they called the next day to confirm if I’d left behind my clothes and glasses, then arranged to ship them home for me. That kind of proactive care is rare and deeply appreciated. This stay exceeded expectations—sophisticated, seamless, and genuinely memorable. I’ll definitely be returning.

Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian

I initially booked this hotel just because I had to, and honestly, I was a bit skeptical since it was renovated back in 2018—thought the rooms might feel dated. But wow, I was pleasantly surprised! The room layout is excellent, with amazing views that make the stay so enjoyable. The location is fantastic—there are so many great food delivery options nearby, and the robot room service is a real game-changer. Super convenient and adds a fun tech touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too. Special thanks to Molly, Cavan, and Louise—they checked availability for my potential room extension before I even asked, which showed such thoughtfulness. The place was spotless, way cleaner than I expected. Overall, this exceeded all my expectations. Definitely worth staying at if you're in Shenzhen.
