I especially loved the in-room home theater setup; it made for a perfect evening of relaxing movie time with my family. The fridge was a nice bonus, always handy for cold drinks. Cleanliness was top-notch—the entire space was spotless, down to the smallest corner. Plus, the location near Nanfang International Plaza is quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for unwinding after a long day. It’s not just comfortable—it’s a true retreat. 真的超級推薦這間青旅，下次來深圳一定再住這裡！無論是單人旅行定係同朋友一齊出發，甚至臨時需要過夜都完全唔怕，位置好方便。住處周邊步行幾分鐘就有盒馬、商場、小吃街，食得豐富又地道，而且五分鐘就到沙尾地鐵站，去福田站、Coco Park、萬象城、萬象天地都幾快，搭高鐵或去香港都超方便。小區環境安靜又安全，住戶穩定，附近有兩所小學，居民素質高，整體感覺很安心。房間乾淨整潔，垃圾定期清理，洗澡、上廁所、洗衣都唔使等，體驗一流。老闆超負責，一直監察管理，叮囑大家互相尊重，減少打擾。住客大多係20歲左右的大學生或初入職場嘅女生，個個都友善乾淨，氛圍自然融洽，冇拉幫結派，新來住客亦無被排擠感。最特別係店內有兩隻狗狗，年紀大咗但脾氣好好，唔叫唔走，可以隨意擼，屋企都充滿溫馨感，狗窩和玩具都裝點得好舒服。最重要係價錢實惠，性價比高，常住仲有優惠，真心覺得好似返到自己家一樣，舒適又安心，絕對會再來！」},{

The location is unbeatable—just across the street from Window of the World, and directly connected to a large shopping mall, so you can stroll through stores without stepping outside. Right downstairs is a metro station, making travel around the city super convenient. The service truly stood out—especially Ella Pang and Gina Gun at the Executive Lounge. When I needed to print a document, they went above and beyond with warmth and efficiency. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made all the difference. This hotel offers incredible value and comfort—definitely a place I’d return to.

The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the metro and surrounded by a large shopping mall, making dining, shopping, and exploring effortless. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service—attentive, thoughtful, and always going the extra mile. Booking the Executive Floor was a game-changer; it offered a more personalized experience with dedicated support throughout our stay. The guest experience team was patient, helpful, and made every detail seamless. Dining was another highlight—the afternoon tea was beautifully presented, and the Japanese restaurant, Songyi Teppanyaki, delivered an outstanding meal with perfect seasoning and presentation. The location is fantastic—there are so many great food delivery options nearby, and the robot room service is a real game-changer. Super convenient and adds a fun tech touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too. Special thanks to Molly, Cavan, and Louise—they checked availability for my potential room extension before I even asked, which showed such thoughtfulness. The place was spotless, way cleaner than I expected. Overall, this exceeded all my expectations. Definitely worth staying at if you're in Shenzhen.

We had a minor issue with our initial room booking, but the front desk staff immediately upgraded us to a superior executive twin room—such a thoughtful gesture!
