This hotel exceeded all my expectations—recommended by a friend and absolutely worth it! Right across from Changsha IFS, you can literally walk to the iconic Cha Yanyue Se in just a few steps. The room is super modern with smart features—no need to insert a keycard to turn on the lights or power, and the voice assistant (Duer) is always ready to help. Even though it’s on a busy street, the double-glazed windows do a great job blocking out noise, so sleep was never disturbed. What truly stood out was the thoughtful touches: upon returning, I found fresh tea bags, laundry detergent, fruit, milk, and even a handwritten note left on the vanity. That personal touch made such a difference. The housekeeping staff were incredibly attentive and detail-oriented. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like being welcomed into a friend’s home. For the location, comfort, and service, this place is unbeatable. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit Changsha.

Right across from the hospital, which is a huge plus if you're here for medical appointments or check-ups—no need to worry about transportation. The breakfast spread was impressive—plenty of options including both Western and local favorites, all fresh and delicious. There's also a small but well-maintained fitness center on-site, and laundry machines are available for guests, which is such a thoughtful touch. Clean rooms, excellent service, and great value—all in all, this hotel delivers on every level. I’d definitely stay here again when I visit Changsha.
