Water pressure was excellent, so showering was a breeze. I was really impressed with the soundproofing—the room stayed quiet even during late-night activities in the hallway. Special thanks to staff member Yue Jiacai for going the extra mile by arranging a fridge magnet as a little souvenir—such thoughtful touches really make a difference. The service robot delivered items quickly and efficiently, adding a modern, tech-savvy vibe to the stay. Located near People's Park, it’s super convenient for exploring downtown Urumqi via metro. Excellent value, great location, and top-notch hospitality. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to come back soon!

I was especially impressed by the excellent soundproofing; no noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway at all. The large TV and built-in lounge chair made movie nights absolutely relaxing—perfect for someone who loves unwinding with some screen time. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations for dining and shopping nearby. Check-out was quick and smooth, which is always a plus. Bonus points for the bathtub in the room—nothing beats soaking after a long day exploring the city. Located right next to a major shopping center, everything you need is within walking distance, including the regional museum. With its convenient location, thoughtful amenities, and warm hospitality, this hotel is definitely worth recommending. I’ll be coming back.

The hotel’s location is fantastic; it’s within easy reach of major attractions and public transport, making exploration hassle-free. Sasha even gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and helped arrange a tour, which was such a thoughtful touch. From start to finish, the hospitality exceeded expectations. Conrad Urumqi

Staying at Conrad Urumqi was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to popular spots like Bazaar and Tian'er Street, and even the Regional Museum is within easy reach. The hotel is directly connected to a large shopping complex, so dining, shopping, and entertainment are all right on-site. I especially want to highlight Grace—the level of service she provided was exceptional. She was patient, attentive, and thoughtful in every interaction. From reminding us about mini-bar charges to guiding us through Wi-Fi setup, she covered every detail with care. The room itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Everything about this stay felt polished and personalized. I’d definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Urumqi.
