Staying at this hotel was an absolutely delightful experience. The room was spacious and uniquely decorated with a distinctive Belt and Road theme that added character and charm to the stay. Everything you'd expect was included—both dry and wet slippers, shampoo, conditioner, and more—showing great attention to detail. Staff at the front desk and in-room service were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from Hongguang Mountain Scenic Area and the marathon starting point (International Convention and Exhibition Center), making it ideal for both sightseeing and event attendees. On race day, breakfast was served as early as 5:30 AM—extremely thoughtful and well-organized. This level of consideration really sets the hotel apart. If you're visiting Urumqi, especially during events or exploring the city, this is a top-tier choice. Highly recommend!

I arrived both late at night and early in the morning on separate occasions, and each time I called to ask for entry, the host responded instantly and without hesitation. I actually felt guilty for bothering them, but they made me feel completely at ease. When I wanted to extend my stay, they proactively checked with me and secured the lowest rate possible. It’s rare to find such genuine care and attention to detail. Beyond just a comfortable place to sleep, staying here felt like being welcomed into a warm, personal home. The hospitality, cleanliness, and overall experience are top-notch. This isn’t just a great value—it’s a heartfelt stay from a truly remarkable host.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Xiao Ming Xing, who went above and beyond to assist with my requests and made me feel truly welcome. The location is convenient, just a short walk from major landmarks and public transport options. It’s clear the team takes pride in their service. Located right in the heart of Shuimogou District, this hotel offers unbeatable convenience—just a short walk to Nanhu Square and the city museum. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, making check-in quick and stress-free. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, with plush bedding that made for a restful night. Opening the curtains in the morning revealed breathtaking views of snow-capped Bogeda Peak—a true highlight. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, and all amenities were well-maintained and up to standard. Breakfast was a real treat: a diverse spread that included fresh seafood dishes from Guangdong cuisine alongside authentic Xinjiang specialties like hand-pulled lamb, all prepared with great care and flavor. The on-site facilities are impressive too—there's a heated indoor pool, a fully equipped gym, and a relaxing spa center, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Whether traveling for leisure or business, this is one of the best choices in Urumqi. I’ll definitely be coming back here next time I visit!

I've stayed here several times over the years, and each visit brings a fresh experience. While it's a well-established five-star hotel with some minor aging in the facilities, the service truly stands out. From check-in to post-stay interactions, every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The room was spotlessly clean, and the fruit platter was fresh and thoughtfully arranged—definitely a nice touch. Walking into the lobby always feels like a pleasant surprise; the design and ambiance make a strong first impression. Location-wise, it's incredibly convenient—just steps from bus stops, making it easy to explore the city, and nearby metro access adds even more flexibility. Even though it’s not brand new, the overall value and hospitality make it a top choice for me. A great stay every time.

Luxemon Xinjiang Hongfu Hotel (Hotan 2nd Street People's Park)

Staying at Luxemon Xinjiang Hongfu Hotel was a fantastic experience! The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable—especially the bed, which made for a restful night’s sleep. Water pressure was excellent, so showering was a breeze. I was really impressed with the soundproofing—the room stayed quiet even during late-night activities in the hallway. Special thanks to staff member Yue Jiacai for going the extra mile by arranging a fridge magnet as a little souvenir—such thoughtful touches really make a difference. The service robot delivered items quickly and efficiently, adding a modern, tech-savvy vibe to the stay. Located near People's Park, it’s super convenient for exploring downtown Urumqi via metro. Excellent value, great location, and top-notch hospitality. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to come back soon!
