Stayed on the 8th floor this time, which was different from my previous visits—seems like it's been recently renovated, with a faint odor lingering in the air. Overall, the room is quite good. The TV supports screen mirroring, and all the hardware feels modern and well-maintained. The only minor issues were a slight musty smell in the bathroom, a small leak around the wet/dry separation area, and slow drainage in the shower. These are small things that could be improved with a quick check-up. Despite these little drawbacks, the hotel continues to make noticeable progress. Clean, comfortable, and great value for money—definitely a solid choice for travelers visiting Urumqi.

The room was spotlessly clean, and the fruit platter was fresh and thoughtfully arranged—definitely a nice touch. Walking into the lobby always feels like a pleasant surprise; the design and ambiance make a strong first impression. Location-wise, it's incredibly convenient—just steps from bus stops, making it easy to explore the city, and nearby metro access adds even more flexibility. Even though it’s not brand new, the overall value and hospitality make it a top choice for me. A great stay every time.

Luxemon Xinjiang Hongfu Hotel (Hotan 2nd Street People's Park)

Staying at Luxemon Xinjiang Hongfu Hotel was a fantastic experience! The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable—especially the bed, which made for a restful night’s sleep. Water pressure was excellent, so showering was a breeze. I was really impressed with the soundproofing—the room stayed quiet even during late-night activities in the hallway. Special thanks to staff member Yue Jiacai for going the extra mile by arranging a fridge magnet as a little souvenir—such thoughtful touches really make a difference. The service robot delivered items quickly and efficiently, adding a modern, tech-savvy vibe to the stay. Located near People's Park, it’s super convenient for exploring downtown Urumqi via metro. Excellent value, great location, and top-notch hospitality. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to come back soon!

Grand Mercure Urumqi Hualing Accor (CCMALL Times Square in Hongshan Park)

I want to give a huge shoutout to the concierge team—when I arrived with heavy luggage, they immediately ran over to help without hesitation. They carried my bags with care, guided me safely through the steps, and made sure everything was smooth from the start. The luggage storage process was super organized, and they clearly communicated the pickup time, which was spot-on. That kind of professionalism and attention to detail shows how well-trained the staff are—truly impressive! And kudos to room attendant Rehmati: the room was immaculate, and she even neatly bundled up my charging cables with ties and left a sweet little note. Plus, mineral water was refilled promptly—no need to ask twice. Every little touch made the stay feel personal and luxurious. This hotel delivers exceptional service at every level, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
