The suite was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed with a unique theme that added character to the stay. The lobby itself is impressively large and stylish, with a modern aesthetic that sets the tone for the entire hotel. One standout feature is the self-service electric scooter rental kiosk at the entrance—perfect for travelers who want flexibility and freedom when getting around. I also want to give a special mention to Amy, who went above and beyond with her warm and attentive service—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. PI hotel

Staying at PI Hotel in Hangzhou was such a fun and memorable experience! Located right near Huanglong Sports Center, it’s super convenient to get around—just a short walk or quick metro ride away. The hotel is on the 15th floor with two levels, giving it a spacious and unique vibe. I loved the breakfast—huge variety, especially the dumplings and wontons, which were fresh and delicious. The room had a beautiful Japanese-style tatami design, very calming and cozy. Bonus: they offer free traditional outfits like kimonos and hanfu for guests to wear—perfect for taking cool photos with friends. We even got upgraded to a larger room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Clean environment, great staff, and amazing atmosphere. Definitely coming back—the value is unbeatable!

Hangzhou Xingdu Hotel

Staying at Hangzhou Xingdu Hotel was an absolute delight. This four-star property offers incredible convenience, just steps away from Shentangqiao Metro Station. Line 19 provides direct access to the airport, East Station, and West Station—perfect for seamless travel. Line 2 connects you straight to Liangzhu, making it easy to explore beyond the city center. A taxi to the West Lake area takes just over ten minutes. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The room is spacious, clean, and well-designed—far exceeding expectations for the price. I’ve already extended my stay for two additional nights, and honestly, I’d book again in a heartbeat. Truly a gem in Hangzhou.

Scholars Hotel (Hangzhou West Lake Wulin Square Zhejiang University)

I'd been holding onto this hotel booking for a while and was a bit unsure if the service quality would be compromised since it was a discounted deal. But from the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Before arrival, they even called to confirm my check-in time, ask about room preferences, and whether I needed transportation—so thoughtful! Upon check-in, they kindly reminded me that free late-night snacks were available at the lobby after 9:30 PM, which was such a nice surprise. After settling into my room, they followed up with a quick call to ensure everything was satisfactory. When I mentioned the air conditioner was a bit noisy, they responded immediately by sending a technician to adjust it right away—super responsive! The room itself was cozy and well-decorated, the bathroom spotless, and the breakfast spread was both delicious and varied. My partner and I had a really comfortable stay. This experience totally exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend—it’s an amazing value and definitely worth returning.
