What really stood out was the exceptional service—when we accidentally forgot to request chopsticks with our takeout, I called the front desk and within minutes, staff member Xiao Wang personally delivered them. The front desk staff, Xiao Cao and Xiao Song, were professional and efficient during check-in, making the process smooth and stress-free. Our room was incredibly quiet, perfect for a good night’s rest, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. The robot delivery service for food and essentials was a fun and convenient touch—really added to the modern, high-tech vibe. Everything about this hotel felt premium: the service, the cleanliness, the comfort, and even the attention to detail. It’s rare to find such a great balance of luxury and value. Ramada by Wyndham Chengdu North

Staying at Chengdu Jinfu Ramada was a delightful experience overall. The room showed a bit of age, but it was spotlessly clean and well-maintained—definitely not an issue. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even upgraded my room at no extra cost, which was a lovely surprise. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the stay.
