The hotel is perfectly located right in front of Olaias Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient to get around Lisbon—whether heading to the airport or exploring the city. The metro connection is fast and efficient, saving us a lot of time and hassle. Our room was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, ideal for travelers like us. Breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of options and excellent coffee. Overall, the facilities were well-maintained and attention to detail was evident. One minor issue arose when the air conditioning wasn’t working properly—we reached out to the night receptionist, who responded promptly and came up to assist us without delay. That kind of service made a positive impression. However, our check-in experience started off a bit awkward. The front desk agent seemed unapproachable and simply stated that our booked city-view room would be as-is. When we entered the room on the 6th floor, there was no view at all—just two adjacent walls. After requesting a change, we were moved to an 11th-floor room, but the staff member explained we’d need to speak directly to the manager (who was off-duty that day). The next morning, we approached the manager, who was extremely helpful and immediately upgraded us to a better room with actual views, eliminating the wall-facing issue. This contrast in service quality highlighted an opportunity for improvement—especially with younger front-desk staff. A little more warmth, initiative, and willingness to proactively assist guests (like offering to contact a supervisor) could go a long way. We truly appreciated the manager’s support, and hope the team can work on fostering a friendlier, more proactive guest experience from the very first interaction. All in all, we’re happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel for its great location, comfort, and solid amenities. With some refinement in frontline hospitality, it could be even better.
This was my first time staying in an apartment-style accommodation, so I had a bit of confusion during check-in. Since it's a private apartment, if you don't have the key, no one can help you get in—so make sure to arrive on time. The host opens the building entrance and hands over the key personally. Once that’s sorted, everything else is excellent: spacious room, spotless cleanliness, well-organized layout, fresh towels, and super-fast Wi-Fi. I really appreciated the privacy—no disturbances, just peaceful comfort. The location is fantastic for exploring local food. Just a 5-minute walk away is Zé da Mouraria 2, a must-visit Portuguese restaurant with generous portions and authentic flavors—perfect for hearty eaters. A great stay overall!
We arrived around 1 a.m. and were warmly welcomed with exceptional hospitality—truly appreciated after such a late arrival. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way: spotless cleanliness, generous space, and an amazing view that made the stay even more memorable. Its location is perfect—just minutes away from the airport and Oriente Station, making travel to Lisbon’s key areas effortless. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this place offers comfort, convenience, and value. We’ll definitely be back.
This apartment is absolutely fantastic—well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located just steps from the metro. I couldn’t recommend it more! The space felt spacious and thoughtfully designed, with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay, including a small kitchen that made meal prep easy. Being close to public transit was a huge plus—getting around Lisbon was quick and stress-free. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the building is welcoming and modern. It’s rare to find such a great balance between comfort, convenience, and value. If you're planning a trip to Lisbon, this is definitely a top pick. Would book again in a heartbeat.
I had a fantastic stay at Dinya Lisbon Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request. Breakfast was absolutely delicious—plenty of fresh options, including local favorites like pastéis de nata and seasonal fruits. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Communication throughout the booking and check-in process was smooth and efficient. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and a truly pleasant experience. I’d definitely recommend it and will be returning!
The view from the room windows was absolutely stunning—right in the heart of Lisbon, with breathtaking cityscapes that made every moment feel special. The breakfast buffet was a highlight: fresh, well-curated, and full of variety, from local pastries to seasonal fruits and hot options. Everything tasted great and was served with care. This hotel truly exceeded expectations—perfect location, excellent service, and an unforgettable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lisbon!
Staying at The Red Jedi was an absolute delight from start to finish. The apartment is beautifully designed with a modern, stylish aesthetic that feels both cozy and sophisticated. It’s located just steps away from public transit and a convenient supermarket—perfect for travelers who want to explore the city without hassle. I loved how close it was to Alfama, making evening walks through the historic district easy and enjoyable. Communication with the host was seamless and prompt, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The only minor note is that some rooms can feel a bit dim, especially during the day, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. With its unbeatable location, excellent ambiance, and top-notch service, this place truly delivers on every front. I’d definitely book again and recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.
My stay at M'Ar de AR Auria was absolutely perfect! The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality, and the modern rooms were spotless and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower delivered a powerful flow—exactly what you want after a long day of exploring. Daily cleaning kept everything fresh and tidy, and while breakfast was standard, it was satisfying and well-prepared. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, it’s a peaceful retreat away from the tourist crowds. True, it’s not right next to major attractions, but the metro is just a short walk away, and rideshare options are affordable and reliable. Overall, this hotel offers an unbeatable balance of comfort, location, and value—highly recommended for any traveler seeking a relaxed yet convenient base in Lisbon.
The location of this apartment is absolutely unbeatable—right next to the Tram 28 stop, and surrounded by vibrant local cafes and shops. It’s a great spot for exploring Lisbon on foot. However, the reality didn’t match the listing at all. We were expecting a two-bedroom unit perfect for a family, but in fact, there was only one bedroom, with the kids having to sleep at the end of a narrow hallway—very cramped for four people. The condition was disappointing: the shower tray was clogged, the carpet was filthy, and we noticed several water leaks and damaged furniture on the patio. While the hosts Elsa and Rui were incredibly friendly and responsive, the overall quality didn’t justify the price. That said, despite being let down by the accommodation, Lisbon itself is such a beautiful city that our stay remained memorable and enjoyable. We’d still recommend visiting, just be sure to pick a place that matches what you expect.
Staying at Myriad by Sana Hotels in Lisbon was an absolute delight. The service was exceptional from check-in to checkout—staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel itself is immaculate, with a sleek, modern design that feels both stylish and welcoming. Every detail was thoughtfully done, making the stay truly comfortable. What really stood out was the incredible variety of dining options right outside the door—whether you're craving authentic Portuguese cuisine or international flavors, there's something for everyone. Plus, it's just a short metro ride away from the city center. Perfect location, top-tier service, and excellent value. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend this gem.
Absolutely loved this stay! The hotel is just a 10-minute Uber ride from the airport and only a 10 to 15-minute walk from Oriente Station—perfect for easy access. There’s a large supermarket nearby, so grocery shopping and cooking your own meals is super convenient. The property features both indoor and outdoor pools, and on arrival, we were greeted with delicious mini macarons and homemade muesli from a cheerful staff member who smiled throughout. The apartment-style rooms are well-equipped with a toaster, capsule coffee machine, washing machine, and even cookware including a stovetop (induction or halogen—I’m not sure which). We picked up some groceries and cooked simple meals, which was such a nice change from eating out every night. Breakfast was similar in variety to other hotels we’ve stayed at, but it was tasty and satisfying. This trip with my husband was a long-distance getaway, and choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions we made. With its excellent service, thoughtful touches, and great value, I’d definitely book again—no matter where this brand is located.
Staying at Eurostars Universal Lisboa in Lisbon was an absolute delight! The room was bright, clean, and offered a lovely glimpse of the sea from the window—just enough to make the view special. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water available throughout the stay. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with a smile that instantly made the experience feel welcoming. Plus, they had that little bit of charm—definitely a plus! The fitness center was well-equipped, and the sauna was a great way to unwind after a long day exploring the city. Conveniently located near public transit, making it easy to get around Lisbon. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value and a memorable stay—I’d definitely come back.
