This was my first time staying in an apartment-style accommodation, so I had a bit of confusion during check-in. Since it's a private apartment, if you don't have the key, no one can help you get in—so make sure to arrive on time. The host opens the building entrance and hands over the key personally. Once that’s sorted, everything else is excellent: spacious room, spotless cleanliness, well-organized layout, fresh towels, and super-fast Wi-Fi. I really appreciated the privacy—no disturbances, just peaceful comfort. The location is fantastic for exploring local food. Just a 5-minute walk away is Zé da Mouraria 2, a must-visit Portuguese restaurant with generous portions and authentic flavors—perfect for hearty eaters. A great stay overall!
We just returned from our Easter holiday in Lisbon with two families and four kids, and honestly, it couldn’t have been better. The apartment was perfectly functional and warmly welcoming, with all the comforts we needed. Host Margarida even went the extra mile by providing plastic dishes, cups, and cutlery for the little ones—such a thoughtful touch! Luisa was incredibly kind and accommodating—she waited for us despite our delayed flight and gave us helpful tips about the area. They also provided two baby cots and two high chairs for our youngest, which made life so much easier. The metro station is just 50 meters away—super convenient for getting around the city. The only minor downside is the lack of an elevator, but since we left the strollers in the building’s ground-floor lobby, it wasn’t an issue at all. There’s a supermarket right downstairs—so handy for grabbing snacks or essentials. Overall, this place is perfect for families, super well-located, and offers amazing value. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you!
Staying at The Red Jedi was an absolute delight from start to finish. The apartment is beautifully designed with a modern, stylish aesthetic that feels both cozy and sophisticated. It’s located just steps away from public transit and a convenient supermarket—perfect for travelers who want to explore the city without hassle. I loved how close it was to Alfama, making evening walks through the historic district easy and enjoyable. Communication with the host was seamless and prompt, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The only minor note is that some rooms can feel a bit dim, especially during the day, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. With its unbeatable location, excellent ambiance, and top-notch service, this place truly delivers on every front. I’d definitely book again and recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.
Staying at Myriad by Sana Hotels in Lisbon was an absolute delight. The service was exceptional from check-in to checkout—staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel itself is immaculate, with a sleek, modern design that feels both stylish and welcoming. Every detail was thoughtfully done, making the stay truly comfortable. What really stood out was the incredible variety of dining options right outside the door—whether you're craving authentic Portuguese cuisine or international flavors, there's something for everyone. Plus, it's just a short metro ride away from the city center. Perfect location, top-tier service, and excellent value. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend this gem.
Absolutely loved this stay! The hotel is just a 10-minute Uber ride from the airport and only a 10 to 15-minute walk from Oriente Station—perfect for easy access. There’s a large supermarket nearby, so grocery shopping and cooking your own meals is super convenient. The property features both indoor and outdoor pools, and on arrival, we were greeted with delicious mini macarons and homemade muesli from a cheerful staff member who smiled throughout. The apartment-style rooms are well-equipped with a toaster, capsule coffee machine, washing machine, and even cookware including a stovetop (induction or halogen—I’m not sure which). We picked up some groceries and cooked simple meals, which was such a nice change from eating out every night. Breakfast was similar in variety to other hotels we’ve stayed at, but it was tasty and satisfying. This trip with my husband was a long-distance getaway, and choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions we made. With its excellent service, thoughtful touches, and great value, I’d definitely book again—no matter where this brand is located.
Staying at Eurostars Universal Lisboa in Lisbon was an absolute delight! The room was bright, clean, and offered a lovely glimpse of the sea from the window—just enough to make the view special. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water available throughout the stay. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with a smile that instantly made the experience feel welcoming. Plus, they had that little bit of charm—definitely a plus! The fitness center was well-equipped, and the sauna was a great way to unwind after a long day exploring the city. Conveniently located near public transit, making it easy to get around Lisbon. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value and a memorable stay—I’d definitely come back.
Staying at Meliá Lisboa Aeroporto was a great experience overall. The hotel's location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk from the airport, and while there’s a free shuttle service, the pickup point isn’t very easy to find, so walking turned out to be simpler and more convenient. The room is compact but spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was excellent—plenty of fresh bread, eggs, fruits, and drinks to choose from. One thing to note: like most European hotels, they don’t provide toothbrushes or slippers, so pack your own. Despite that small detail, the value for money is solid, and I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Lisbon.
Staying at Neya Lisboa Hotel was an absolute delight! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from major attractions and a quick metro ride away from everything. I especially loved the breakfast spread: fresh fruits, local pastries, and delicious coffee that made mornings so enjoyable. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-designed with plenty of space and natural light. The bed was cozy enough to make me want to stay in all day, and the quiet atmosphere helped me rest really well after exploring the city. What stood out most was the incredible value for money—this hotel offers luxury-level comfort without the high price tag. If you're visiting Lisbon, this is definitely a top pick. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
Staying at the Melia Lisboa Oriente Hotel was a great experience overall. The location is fantastic—just a 200-meter walk from Oriente Train Station, making it super convenient for both airport transfers and getting around Lisbon. Right across the street is a shopping mall with a supermarket, so grabbing snacks or essentials is a breeze. The room was modern and well-equipped; I booked a more budget-friendly option, so it didn’t have sea views—facing the train station instead—but still felt spacious and clean. Breakfast was easily one of the best I’ve had in mid-range European hotels recently—plenty of variety, fresh ingredients, and excellent quality. I noticed quite a few Chinese tourists and even several flight attendants staying here, which made me feel at home. A few small suggestions: the bathroom partition design isn’t ideal—water tends to splash all over during showers. Also, while the walls and glass have great soundproofing, the door itself doesn’t seal well, so hallway noise can be heard. Despite those minor points, this hotel offers outstanding value and convenience. Highly recommend for travelers looking for comfort and location without breaking the bank.
The room was much larger and more comfortable than I expected—definitely spacious and well-designed. The bed was incredibly cozy, making for a restful night's sleep. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. What stood out most was the hotel’s incredible location—right next to the train station, which made getting around Lisbon super easy. Whether heading into the city center or catching a train, everything was just steps away. Excellent value for money, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it for travelers who want comfort and convenience in one perfect package.
I stayed one night at Olissippo Oriente before catching a train to Porto. The room was generously sized with a spacious bathroom and the breakfast spread was delicious and varied. Its location is excellent—just a short walk from Lisbon's main train station and the riverside promenade for a relaxing stroll. Perfect for travelers needing a quick, comfortable stopover. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through on the way to or from Porto.
The hotel is perfectly located right in front of Olaias Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient to get around Lisbon—whether heading to the airport or exploring the city. The metro connection is fast and efficient, saving us a lot of time and hassle. Our room was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, ideal for travelers like us. Breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of options and excellent coffee. Overall, the facilities were well-maintained and attention to detail was evident. One minor issue arose when the air conditioning wasn’t working properly—we reached out to the night receptionist, who responded promptly and came up to assist us without delay. That kind of service made a positive impression. However, our check-in experience started off a bit awkward. The front desk agent seemed unapproachable and simply stated that our booked city-view room would be as-is. When we entered the room on the 6th floor, there was no view at all—just two adjacent walls. After requesting a change, we were moved to an 11th-floor room, but the staff member explained we’d need to speak directly to the manager (who was off-duty that day). The next morning, we approached the manager, who was extremely helpful and immediately upgraded us to a better room with actual views, eliminating the wall-facing issue. This contrast in service quality highlighted an opportunity for improvement—especially with younger front-desk staff. A little more warmth, initiative, and willingness to proactively assist guests (like offering to contact a supervisor) could go a long way. We truly appreciated the manager’s support, and hope the team can work on fostering a friendlier, more proactive guest experience from the very first interaction. All in all, we’re happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel for its great location, comfort, and solid amenities. With some refinement in frontline hospitality, it could be even better.
