The property features both indoor and outdoor pools, and on arrival, we were greeted with delicious mini macarons and homemade muesli from a cheerful staff member who smiled throughout. The apartment-style rooms are well-equipped with a toaster, capsule coffee machine, washing machine, and even cookware including a stovetop (induction or halogen—I’m not sure which). We picked up some groceries and cooked simple meals, which was such a nice change from eating out every night. Breakfast was similar in variety to other hotels we’ve stayed at, but it was tasty and satisfying. This trip with my husband was a long-distance getaway, and choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions we made. With its excellent service, thoughtful touches, and great value, I’d definitely book again—no matter where this brand is located.

When we entered the room on the 6th floor, there was no view at all—just two adjacent walls. After requesting a change, we were moved to an 11th-floor room, but the staff member explained we’d need to speak directly to the manager (who was off-duty that day). The next morning, we approached the manager, who was extremely helpful and immediately upgraded us to a better room with actual views, eliminating the wall-facing issue. This contrast in service quality highlighted an opportunity for improvement—especially with younger front-desk staff. A little more warmth, initiative, and willingness to proactively assist guests (like offering to contact a supervisor) could go a long way. We truly appreciated the manager’s support, and hope the team can work on fostering a friendlier, more proactive guest experience from the very first interaction.
