I loved the 24-hour self-serve coffee station—perfect for a morning pick-me-up. My room was immaculate from top to bottom: soft, skin-friendly cotton linens, a Dreamland zero-gravity mattress that made sleeping so comfortable, and a spotless bathroom with excellent dry/wet separation. Noise isolation was impressive—once the window was closed, city sounds vanished completely. Combined with the air purification system, I slept like a baby all night. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Check-in was quick, and they even offered free room upgrades and shared insider tips on nearby attractions and local food spots. Any request via phone was answered promptly, and the robot delivery service was surprisingly convenient. From housekeeping to front desk, everyone smiled and made you feel welcome. Inside the room, smart controls worked flawlessly, the large-screen projector made movie nights amazing, and everything you’d need—from mini-fridge to safe—was thoughtfully included.
